The Space:

Most guest gasp upon entering, the house and say it is nicer than the pictures look. Hardwood floors, burbur carpets, gourmet kitchen, with many unique artistic touches. Exposed steel beams add to the charm and make you feel safe. House is in a sunny location. You will lack for nothing. This equals a 5-star hotel with more space at half the cost. Great location: SOMA. The spaciousness gives you room to have many different group conversations in many different places within the house and back deck.



PLEASE DO NOT go beyond anywhere with a "do not enter" sign, these spaces are not for your use. You'll get exactly the space described above and shown in the floorplan.



Guest Access:

The space consists of consist of 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom two bath and large deck, living room and kitchen (very large space).



Deck for peace and tranquility in the middle of a bustling city.



No smoking anywhere on property. No shoes in the house. No parties.



The Neighborhood:

Potrero Hill weather is up to 10 degrees warmer than other parts of the city. View the fingers of the fog crawl over Sutro Tower then Twin Peaks across the city while sitting in the sun from the upstairs master bedroom.



Home use is limited to number of people on reservation unless otherwise pre-

agreed to by guest and owner for specific times and dates. No parties are allowed.



Getting Around:

Accessible bus, Uber, Lift, and city taxis drive by often. City Car Share is 2 blocks away. 1 mile to train stations, easy walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Easy free street parking. Access to cabs, Uber, Lift or city car share. Near Financial District, Ball Park, SOMA, East Bay, Silicon Valley. Quick hop on freeway to get to the wine country.
