Guest Access:

In addition to Four bedrooms, a living room, dining room, a full kitchen and two full bathroom with showers and one tub, there is a deck with access from the back game/bunk room with chairs, and a shared backyard (so don't be surprised if you see us head out back to hang out). Wifi, FireTV (Bring your own streaming services), and a library available.



The Neighborhood:

The Outer Richmond is a relaxed, family-friendly neighborhood beloved by locals. From your doorstep:

* 2 minutes to Golden Gate Park (biking trails, gardens, playgrounds, museums)

* 10 minutes to Ocean Beach (sunsets, surfing, and bonfires)

All of our bedding is natural fibers, and each room has it's own heater for temperature control. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook your own meal(s). The apartment is elegant for adults but also child-friendly.



We do not provide parking - street parking is available in the neighborhood. We do request that you remove your shoes in the home; slippers are provided if you're feet get chilly.



Interaction with Guests:

For families with young kids, there is a brand new state of the art playground one block away.



Your host lives on-site in the lower level of the home. The back yard is shared with them.
