Studio meraviglioso recentemente rinnovato

Splendido monolocale recentemente ristrutturato con una cucina di buone dimensioni e un ampio bagno. Lo spazio abitativo è stato ridisegnato e il bagno ristrutturato da zero. I miglioramenti includono un nuovo armadio, una nuova vernice, un nuovo cablaggio via cavo / telefono, nuove piastrelle nel bagno, una nuova vasca da bagno e altro ancora.

Questa unità è situata in una zona tranquilla con un rapido accesso all'autostrada 280 e all'interno di blocchi di trasporto pubblico. Un sacco di parcheggio in strada disponibile. Stern Grove e The Stonestown Shopping Gallery sono a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi. Anche il Lago Merced e Lakeshore Plaza sono raggiungibili a piedi (meno di 1,6 km).

Great stay!

Cozy and clean appartment in a safe neighborhood: you can easily reach downtown in 15/20 minutes by tram. Marina is very nice. We arrived late in the evening and she provided us some food. We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable place for visiting and resting

This is from my husband, who has been in San Francisco for job in January: I have been at Mike's for four days and I would have liked to enjoy some days more! The apartment is at walking distance from stores, facilities, major transportation connection , and even a Catholic church. Additionally, since I am a good walker, I walked downtown to the Golden Gate Park across Sunset District. It was feasible, but of course I came back by bus! This has been my first trip to San Francisco and I have appreciated very much the opportunity of visiting the city using the apartment as a base. I needed a place for sleeping, having dinner and washing my clothes, close to transportation and relatively central. Mike's place was perfect! Sleeping was easy and comfortable, for the place is quiet and the room warm. The kitchen was completely equipped, even with some seasonings and foods ready to use. I had no opportunity of using the tv, but it was there. A single suggestion: if you need to use the washing machine, it is cheaper to take your detergent with you. Mike is a very nice guy, provided me lots of information, depliants and a map of San Francisco, as well as useful suggestions on good restaurants, places to visit and sightseeing to do. Next time I will go to San Francisco, I will definitely check if Mike's is available.

Fantastic SF Neighborhood

Nice cozy stay in a very nice neighborhood. I really liked that there was excellent parking in a city that really loves to tow cars for minor infractions. No problem at all!

Quiet Getaway

Everything I needed and a good location. Ample parking here at all hours which was nice. Very quiet and access was never an issue. I would book this property again.

Convenient Economical Lodging

Spacious accommodations with convenient location at a fair price. Plenty of parking. New comforter is needed. Current bedding quite dated. One night the room was a bit damp and smelly, but it went away by morning and was fine the rest of the stay.

Splendid stay!

Our host Mike was very available and left clear instruction for checking in and out. The place is very comfortable, well equipped and the shower was perfect. Great location as well, with buses and MUNI stops within a 0,5 km ratio. Highly recommend it!

Nice stay for about the same $ as hotels

We were initially going to just stay in a hotel somewhere downtown San Francisco, but then heard about some of the trouble that goes on, especially if you’re driving. This place, on the other hand, was in decent, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Appartement bien situé et pratique

L'appartement était très bien situé pour visiter certains quartiers de San Francisco (Golden Gate park, Castro, Twin Peaks). La plage Ocean Beach, à quelques minutes de voiture, nous a permis de voir un superbe coucher de soleil. Il y a une épicerie à moins de dix minutes de marche. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Nous avons vraiment aimé y séjourner.

nice studio apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was a great property for us since we were visiting family who just lived a few minutes away. It's also close to Stonestown shopping area which has a huge Whole Foods grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate at the apartment. If you wish to cook meals there, it's well equipped with lots of dishes, pans, a 2-burner stove (no oven), microwave, etc. We also went to the outdoor market just a few blocks away on Saturday morning. Great fun! Also fairly close to the ocean if you have a car. While the apartment is a studio, it feels larger because of the new kitchen which is a separate room. We had plenty of room and there's a big closet and a large chest of drawers for your clothes. There's also a lot of street parking in this very nice neighborhood. Mike is great to communicate with--he answers almost immediately! The apartment is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great neighborhood with Stonestown Galleria just around the corner

It's really exactly like what it is advertised. Mike provides all the essential needed in the studio. Location is 5 stars because public transport like buses, MUNI are within walking distance. Same with Stonestown Galleria too, where you can get all your groceries within walking distance, great for people who do not drive but love to cook their own meals. The area or town is having its own micro-climate too Where its summer is cooler compared to other places in San Francisco.

Perfect San Francisco retreat

This was a lovely and cozy unit in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation to go anywhere in the city. Mike is a terrific host. Communication was very easy, and keyless entry made check-in a breeze. I would highly recommend!

Cozy and convenient

This cozy apartment is located in a safe, clean, quiet, and modern suburban residential neighborhood. Metro and bus stops affording direct (!) links to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Union Square/SOMA are only a five-minute walk away. A large shopping mall for purchasing items for everyday needs is only a very short walk away as well. Mike is a very helpful host who can be contacted easily if assistance is required.

San Fran visit

Enjoyed our stay as we visited the SF area. 20 Uber minutes from SFO. Restaurants and Whole Foods 2-3 blocks away. Used MUNI day passes to travel to various sights, including Oracle Park for Giants game and to Oakland As game. Host was easily available and responded quickly to inquiries. Thank you.

The studio is a ground floor unit in a residential neighborhood. We could walk 3 blocks to a mall with an interesting food court, a Whole Foods and a Target. In the other direction - public transit, Mexican, Thai, and more.

Excellent quiet spot

This is a comfortable rental with an excellent location for travelers with a car or for those just using transit. No problem with parking, and if you like to take Muni there's an M stop just a few blocks away along with bus stops very close by too. Some good places to eat right there on Ocean, West Portal is also a short walk away, as is Stonestown Mall. Mike is a great host, available anytime and allowing privacy as well. This unit is one of two on the ground floor with easy and safe private access, and a place to sit outside in the back (the addition of some outdoor furniture could be nice). Clean, well furnished and accommodating. Merced Manor Reservoir is a cool place to watch the sun go down, a couple hundred feet away, and there's Stern Grove -- this is a great place to stay!

Cozy little, conveniently located studio

Generally speaking this was a great bargain to find and place stay. Very close by to several convenient shopping locations for general purpose needs (target, CVS, groceries, etc) and was also located on a very quiet street. The room itself was very tidy and was perfect for resting between touring events around the city. It was a bit chilly during our visit and unfortunately the heating in the unit wasn't working properly at the time ... but after a few short texts to the owner, a portable heater was delivered in the meantime which was able to suffice. I was very pleased at the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner in this regard was great! I'd certainly stay again or recommend it anyone visiting the area!
