“The air conditioner must have a governor on it because we have stayed here twice and it has shut off in the middle of the night and we were not comfortable. Will be staying across the street at the residence inn next time. ”

“The staff were amazing, especially the morning breakfast staff. The rooms were great size and the bed was comfy. My only con is the walls are paper thin and can hear everything. ”

“Ottimo hotel la camera eccellente, il personale gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema x il pagamento del passaggio al Golden Gate a San Francisco e colui che era alla reception si e dedicato a noi più del dovuto ( anche lui non riusciva a capire come si dovevano inserire i dati sul sito). Ottima la posizione , più economico di hotel a San Francisco, che dista solo circa 30 Minuti di macchina,vicino a diversi centri commerciali e outlet.”

“The place looks more like a studio apartment with full kitchen, living room,etc. It's homey feeling. They have swimming pool with bbq grill. The staff are really nice but i wish they have more knowledge of where to go eat etc coz that would have been helpful. ”

“Very disappointed that I had to pay extra to park. It wasn’t a parking garage or anything special, just an outside parking lot. Even though the parking wasn’t expensive it was just the fact that you had to pay.”

“Wasn’t provided enough towels and wash clothes to begin with I went to the front desk to ask for more and was told to bring back the used ones before I can get new clean ones. I never in many hotels that I have stayed was asked to bring my used ones before receiving new clean ones. I would never stay at this property again.”

“The Curtains were broken so they didn't close all the way. The toilet flush handle was broken. The air conditioning didn't connect to wall monitor like it said so had to do manually and was extremely loud. There were dogs barking nonstop in the middle of the night. I have stayed at this property every year for a swim meet in the area and it has always been a pretty good experience until this year. ”
