“Very bad service and management. I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience”

“La struttura dell'albergo è buona ma ho avuto una spiacevole inconveniente. Pur avendo un servizio di sorveglianza attivo 24 ore e la guardia notturna, mi è stato rubato il catalytic converter durante la notte; questo fatto ha rovinato buona parte della mia permanenza seppur la reception mi abbia aiutato molto a risolvere il problema.”
