“Our room was not ready when we arrived but we got an upgrade to a club room suite, which was recently renovated (brand new) and very nice. The staff was wonderful, especially at the club. The pool was also a lot of fun for the family. ”

“Very bad service and management. I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience”

“Great place to stay. Parking garage attached hotel so you can park on your level. Staff was wonderful. Will stay there every time I am in LA. Lots of shopping in walking distance too ”
