Taste the charm of a dry stone mini-villa, typical of Corsican dwellings, completely restored two years ago, with a wooded terrace (IPE terrace not visible on the photos because it is very recent), adjoining an old sheepfold-type house and located on a huge landscaped plot, perfectly maintained and fenced, of more than 8,000m². Absolute calm and communion with nature in a green environment...

This air-conditioned mini-villa of 36m², in new condition, consists of a living room with fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom leading to a shower room and a separate toilet. The two French windows open onto the terrace, which is not only private but not overlooked, thanks to a different access to the adjoining house and a very dense hedge.

The equipment offered, all new, is as follows: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an oven, induction hobs, a large TV, a BZ sofa (offering an extra bed), a large bed for 2 people with a top-of-the-range Bultex mattress, a wardrobe, two independent Daikin air conditioning systems and Internet access (fibre + Wifi). The equipment in crockery and kitchen accessories is very large.

On the terrace of nearly 50m² in exotic wood (not visible in the photos, because it is very recent), planted with trees and flowers, a table in the shade of a large parasol, deckchairs, a hammock and a Weber barbecue are at your disposal.PGJyPg

And with a bit of luck, if the large adjoining house is not occupied, you will be alone on the huge property!
The mini-villa is totally independent from the large house and without any vis-à-vis.
The swimming pool can possibly be accessible to you (at an additional cost) only if the large adjoining house is not rented at the time of your stay.

Several fresh fruit and vegetable shops, bakery, butcher, Spar, are located 1.5 kms away and open 7 days a week. A large mini-market (Carrefour Market) is 3 km away.

Close to the most beautiful beaches of South Corsica (Saint Cyprien and Cala Rossa 6 minutes by car, Palombaggia and Santa Giulia 15 minutes away) and the center of Porto-Vecchio (8 kms), the house is located in a small and very peaceful village that lives all year round (Ribba, on the D559). It is ideally located to quickly get to the beautiful site of Bonifacio, to the forest and lake of Ospedale, or to the Aiguilles de Bavella. Figari airport is only 30 minutes away. Many hiking trails start from the nearby villages and we will be happy to share our own recommendations on this subject.

A welcome guide giving you our knowledge of the "good deals" of the surroundings (restaurant, shops, activities, viewpoints...) is sent to you by email before your arrival.

NB: unlike some constructions, here, the 8,000m² plot only includes the main house and this mini-villa, very independent of each other, which guarantees you the absence of promiscuity. In order to respect everyone's privacy, access to the entire land is only possible if the large adjoining house is not occupied.

The minimum duration of stay is 7 days (derogation possible outside the high season), generally from Saturday to Saturday.

Additional costs: cleaning (70€), linen (25€/person), concierge service (80€: entrance, exit, inventory of fixtures, assistance during your stay), and if pets (30€). A security deposit will be requested at the time of booking.
