“We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). “I stayed at "La Casa Pietra" for a week in August with my family and 3 other couples of friends. The villa and its surroundings exceeded our expectations. The house is well equipped with all the necessary comforts, the spaces are large and everything is very well maintained thanks to the constant presence of David, who was at our disposal in case of need, but with great discretion. “Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einzigartig, wunderschön gelegen. Wir waren im Juni 2025 mit insgesamt 12 Personen (3 Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern) zu Gast und wurden sehr herzlich von Monica empfangen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die ganze Anlage rund um das Haus bietet viel Platz zum Entdecken und spielen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht auf dem Gasherd zu kochen bzw. auch im Poolhaus zu grillen....

The photos are true, but in reality everything is a bit less shiny.The furniture and appliances are outdated. The bed my wife and I slept in felt very fragile and was really squeaky.
