You leave the Hotel without saying goodbay to anyone, you leave the key in the room and no one knew that you had already left the hotel without paying your room, city tax and your extras untill the hosekeeper went there.As we yold you, we called Expedia and they try to contact you, they were unable to charge the credit card that you use just as GUARANTEE FOR THE RESERVATION.You should be informed that for privacy reasons and to avoid fraud and unpleasant situation we are not allowed by the law and by Expedia itself to have access to your credit card details. Remeber that you are in Italy and not in the US and before you leave an Hotel you must pay your bill. Kind regards

Dear Anonymous guest, We thank you for your review and for your stay. Unfortunately what you have written does not correspond in full to the truth. The day before the episode you refer to, you asked for a table with view for you and your two friends in our restaurant. We have informed you about the closing day of the restaurant but offered you the chance to have a light lunch by the pool. However we have clearly explained (as written everywhere by the pool, at the reception and in the info sheet you receive at check-in) that the pool can be used only by the hotel's guests. You did not show up for lunch, but on the other hand you and your friends were all in the pool in the afternoon, completely ignoring our advices. Our staff member waited for you to exit from the pool and invited your guests to sit elsewhere, explaining once more the reasons why they could not use the pool. He did not shout at all, as first it's not our usual behaviour, secondarily not to disturb the other guests. Concerning the room, we regret not having received any comment from you during your stay, as we could have certainly found a solution. Best Regards,
