Hotel storici a San Giovanni

“Grazie. Tutto impeccabile”

“Great location”

“Sono oramai 10 anni, ogni volta che vado a Firenze passo per il Brunelleschi. Struttura eccezionale e personale fantastico, pulizia impeccabile.”

“Fantastico. Vicino a qualsiasi cosa”

“Great apartment centrally located. Host was great in communication. We hoped to check in a little early but was not able to and ended up waiting outside the door until 5 min before 4pm checkin time. Besides the jetlagged first day experience, the apartment was great.”

“We were met with a very friendly welcome outside the building and escorted the apartment. The apartment had all we needed and was very comfortable (one bedroom with a double bed and 2 day sofas in the living room which turned into beds at night). The apartment is very quiet despite its location on the pedestrian zone. It´s location is perfect for walking and exploring Florence.”

“We really loved our trip to Florence and this apartment was in a great location. It was central to every location we were going. The only issue I had was getting into the room. The process required a good cell signal and my phone didn't have any signal. Fortunately I thought ahead and forwarded the email to a friend on a different carrier in advance and we got in. Communication with the host was outstanding and they did everything possible to accommodate us. Great time in Firenza.”

“This is a genuinely comfortable apartment with great beds and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay—if you don’t have mobility constraints.Important for families with strollers: The three-story walk-up became a real challenge with two young kids and strollers, especially in the heat. If you’re traveling with small children, seriously consider whether you can manage stairs multiple times daily with gear. The listing doesn’t make this clear upfront, and it affected our ability to enjoy the...

“We had a great stay at the Time Machine, where you enter through palace doors! The place was really cool. The furnishings are a bit older and worn, but how much time are you spending in the place when Piazza della Signoria is right outside your door? Better to hang out at one of the restaurants or bars on the square and look out onto the Fountain of Neptune, David replica, or the Palazzo Vecchio! Such a cool place! Definitely recommend!”

“Very nice apartment, excellent location, very central to all the sites. Many good places to eat very close. We had easy communication with the host.”

“Very close to Santa Croce -convenient location. Excellent, helpful and speedy communication with host. Would recommend!”

“Posizione ottima.

“This is a nice apartment, nicely kept and in a good location. We should mention that if your stay is for over a couple of nights, which would involve unpacking your bags, there is only one sort of space in the first floor bedroom where you could manage to hang some things as it is used as storage of unused furniture, cleaning items, etc. No drawer space there and in the upper bedroom nothing where to put your clothes. The stairs to the second bedroom and terrace are steep so if you have mobility...

“What a wonderful place! We stayed for five nights and found it to be charming, ideally located near the sights but away from the tourist crowds, very clean and comfortable. Our host could not have been more gracious and welcoming and provided many great recommendations for Firenze but also for other cities on our itinerary. I would gladly stay here again.”
