Vacances à saint julian

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce pas de mauvaise surprise en arrivant. Celui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, ainsi que d’une petite terrasse extérieure où vous pourrez vous retrouver le soir. Très agréable !

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement. Jeff et Mariella ont été très disponibles et accueillants. Quartier calme et à environ 15 minutes à pied de toutes les commodités. La terrasse est fraîche et agréable. Légère odeur de renfermé en entrant, mais dans l’ensemble, bon rapport qualité-prix et expérience positive.

Perfect!!

The house was a great location, especially for those who are going to the Gateway school for an exchange program. The owners were super helpful and friendly and responded quickly to a small plumbing issue we had. The house is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a two month stay.

L'appartement était conforme aux photos mais il y a eu des degats des eaux. Heureusement la communication avec notre hôte était très efficace. Des plombiers sont venus réparés.Sinon l'appartemnt est grand et bien placé.

Stay in Malta 2023

We were delighted with this apartment well located not far from Spinola Bay where it is possible to take the bus to almost all places in Malta. The apartment was comfortable and especially very cool during the heat wave! The owner was very efficient and friendly. To sum up, we had a very nice holiday in Malta and recommend this accommodation to future holidaymakers.

Spacious and bright apartment

Me and my friend stayed at this apartment for one week. Because of the 15-20 min. distance to St. Julian's we never needed to rent any transport. When we needed anything (toaster, dishwashing liquid) Jeff, the very friendly host, was at our door right away. All in all, a wonderful stay in St. Julian's.

First time in Malta

Apartment was a bit damp-smelling (especially the bathroom), did not realize it was like a semi-basement, but we also know now how bad the humidity is here, so this was actually quite normal. Directions from airport were a bit confusing and we had gotten in late (9:30pm) so host was not very happy about that but there was nothing we could do. We finally found the place with our Uber (after almost a year of living in Malta we now realize how problematic addresses can sometimes be), host’s wife greeted us and handled the rest of our stay. She was very nice. Overall a nice place, just not an awful lot of sunlight and somewhat damp-smelling.

Malta for 4 months

We really enjoyed our stay beside all the smaller incidents that have occurred. Due to the humidity being very intens we didn’t let the fresh air circulate in the apartment the first months. Therefore mold had grown on the walls in both rooms and kitchen.However the house manager did helps us out with this and clean the whole apartment, no charges!The communication between us and the house manager was also good. They would always respond quite quickly. We also received some fruits from them as they were very kind to us. There is no airconditioning, so beware when booking this if you’re wanting to stay there in the summer, as malta gets quite warm. We also had some issues with ants/inesects. But again they helped us out by providing us with cleaning sprays to get rid off them. The shower was unfortunately not always hot, we really struggled with getting it to be the right temperature. But it’s fine. Overall, I’m really positive about the stay we had! We really enjoyed it. Its a perfect location especially for teens as its near St Julins, the clubs, Pacaville. Thank you again for being so very kind and welcoming!

Comfortable apartment

The house is very beautiful, it is a bright basement, ventilated and cool. It was clean and in good condition, and it has everything it needs to spend a holiday. The kitchen is new and clean. We only met two small problems, one with the hot water that did not come out immediately and then the presence of cockroaches, in a week we found 4 in the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single loungers we have joined. Both rooms were large enough. The one with the two sunbeds opens onto a balcony, illuminated but where unfortunately the sun does not reach and so it is difficult to dry towels and bathing suits. The hosts, Jeff and Mariella who live in the house above, are very friendly and helped us in any way they could give us many tips. The house is about 5 minutes from Paceville with the car. I still thank Jeff and Mariella for the availability, and I recommend book this beautiful apartment at a good price!

Bastante buena y recomendable

La casa está bastante bien, es un sótano pero tiene mucha luz y está bien ventilado, se está fresco dentro aunque fuera haga mucho calor (como pasó) durante nuestra estancia. Estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones, en otros comentarios he visto que olía a humedad, supongo que ese problema se ha solucionado porque nosotros no lo percibimos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones, aunque tiene un pequeño problema de fácil solución: la bañera del baño no tiene mampara ni cortina, lo cual resulta desastroso a la hora de ducharse, porque se mojaba todo el suelo del baño por mucho cuidado que tuvieras, y al salir de la ducha en chanclas ensucias toda la casa, y al fregarlo se esparce mas. Es un problema pequeño que genera 'graves' consecuencias, por favor Jeff, compra una cortina de ducha, son muy baratas y solucionarían eso rápidamente. La casa tiene dos habitaciones, una matrimonial y otra con dos camas que da a un patio-terraza ideal para comer, cenar, o tomar algo por la noche, a la cual también se accede por el salón-cocina. Los caseros, Jeff y su mujer que viven en la casa de encima, son muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. La casa está mas o menos a 20 minutos de paceville y de su playa, lo cual es un poco pesado sobre todo durante el día, porque el calor es abrasador y cuesta un poco desplazarse caminando. En general, bastante recomendable sobre todo porque por ese precio es muy dificil encontrar algo mejor por allí.

Wonderfll stay at the apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's apartment. It was clean enough, we had a cute little terrace outside, and the rooms were very large. As it was lower than street level, inside it stayed relatively cool. We did encounter some problems with the hot water which would not always be available. Furthermore, it would be great to have a shower curtain to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Enough pans and cutterly was available, and we had a great stay. The owners are very friendly and can provide everything you need.

Really nice!! A great house for 4 young people.

We were 4 guys of 18 years old from Italy and we spent a week in Malta in this house. The house is pretty big, the kitchen is new and the facilities are ok. The only thing that was not "easy" was the shower (the bath) because it did not have a tent so we had to pay attention in order not to get the floor really wet. I would encourage the owner Jeff to put a tent in order to cover the water that certainly goes out. We really liked the owner (really kind and helpful) and the position. The house is about 15/20 minutes walking from the center of night life in Paceville and St. Julian. I really encourage people to rent this house and visit a great island like Malta.

comfortable apartment

We were a group of 5 guys from Italy and we found this pretty apartment really comfortable because it has everything you need, in particular the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quite zone, it takes about 15 minutes by walk to the city center. The owners are really kind and helpful, they booked for us a taxi to get to the airport , and if you have any questions they will quickly answer to you. It has been a good stay in Malta

Perfect!!!

A wonderful experience in malta, the house is nice, homy and clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. From the house to paceville or the bus stop are only 15 minutes by walk. 15 minutes from sea and beaches. The only flaw is the climb to get to the house, but there is always something positive in this: lose weight!!! Ahah vote: 10/10 <3

We felt like on our own home. Very well equipped apartment and clean. Place is quiet and close to Paceville walking or by buses. From here I want to thank the owners kindly provided.
