Vieni a trascorrere una vacanza da sogno in questa grande villa nuova e moderna, indipendente e lussuosa 140 m2 per 2 a 8 persone, esposto a sud, su un unico livello, completamente climatizzato e su un terreno di 600m2 su cui un grande tavolo anche il ping pong sarà a tua disposizione.
Potrete godervi il sole tutto il giorno sulla grande piscina privata (10 m X 4 m) che può essere riscaldata a 28 ° in bassa stagione (su richiesta e con supplemento).
La proprietà si trova a 500 metri dalle splendide spiagge sabbiose di Santiago De La Ribera sul Mar Menor tra Alicante e Cartagena, sulla Costa Calida, dove godiamo di un minimo di 315 giorni di sole all'anno.
È vicino a tutti i negozi, bar e ristoranti (tra i 200 ei 500 metri) e ai campi da golf (5 km).

Ha 4 belle camere da letto, 2 con letti king size di 180X200, 1 con un letto queen size di 160X200 e l'ultimo con 2 letti di 90X190, (culla e seggiolone gratuito su richiesta) 2 bagni con ciascuno una grande doccia walk-in, una con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Puoi cenare all'aria aperta all'ombra dei bui o avrai anche una cucina estiva con una piastra a gas molto grande. Per godersi il sole onnipresente e per il vostro comfort, 8 sdraio con ombrelloni e pergole sono a vostra disposizione intorno alla grandissima piscina privata che è anche dotata di una pompa di calore per scaldarla a 28 ° in bassa stagione. Per comodità c'è un piccolo bagno con wc e lavandino vicino alla piscina e una doccia solare.
Puoi facilmente inserire i tuoi veicoli (2) sul lato della villa. La struttura dispone anche di un sistema di allarme e una cassaforte per depositare i valori e per consentire di alleggerire i bagagli, tutta la biancheria è fornita, lenzuola, asciugamani e asciugamani. teli mare

Vi är mycket nöjda med huset vi hyrde. Det fanns allt vi behövde. Huset passade våra behov som stor familj med små barn, unga och gamla vuxna. Hyresvärden var mycket hjälpsam, gav oss information om aktiviteter ,resturangtips och annan information. De hjälpte även till med transfer till och ifrån huset

We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful villa. The pool was lovely, my grandson loved it and it was big enough for the 6 of us. The villa was spacious with plenty of outside space. We would highly recommend staying here. Hosts were helpful and answered any questions promptly.

We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic holiday.The villa itself was perfect—warm, cozy, and so comfortable, even during the winter months. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. It was a real highlight for them and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly and are so grateful for such a memorable holiday. Thank you to the wonderful hosts—we hope to return again soon!

We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Stayed for 11 nights in July. Nice and clean house that meests expectations from pictures and decription fully. Very helpfull and nice hostes - Marie and Franck. Many shopping posibilities in the area and a short walk for aboute 10 minuts to the beach. Would recommend to everyone.

This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.

Marie and Franck were very hospitable hosts, providing excellent communication for our stay in the villa and also recommendations for restaurants they use locally and in the city of Murcia. The villa is very well equipped - it has all the equipment needed to host 8 people in terms of kitchen equipment, loungers and outdoor seating (which isn't always the case for villas with beds for 8 people). The pool is also large (approx. 10m length) for a private villa pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa as a base for the Mar Menor area and Marie and Franck as hosts.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) verreist. Alles an unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa war perfekt!! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls hervorragend! Es war für uns alles liebevoll vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Marie hat perfekt funktioniert. Sie hat uns stets bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Diese Villa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!!

We have had an amazing week stay at Marie and Franks villa. As a family we ranged from the ages of 71 to a 7 month baby. Marie and Frank have thought of everything for the villa, the home comforts, cleanliness and hosting were fantastic. We all strongly recommend a stay here

The villa had everything you could possibly want for a fantastic holiday. The pool was amazing, Marie the owner was extremely helpful and kept in communication prior to our stay and checked that we had everything we needed especially for my granddaughter who was 7 months old. Also gave us tips on restaurants, shops and taxis, Aldi and Lidl were about a 10 min walk but used taxis to pick us up with the shopping on our return. Marie also arranged our airport transfers which was great. The beach is about 10/15 walk where you can find bars restaurants and concerts some nights and a few fun activities for the children which went down well! Would definitely recommend this villa it was so lovely just to relax, eat alfresco and go in the pool whenever we wanted, and of course the weather!

Just got home from a fabulous 10 nights at this great Villa. Marie and Franke are lovely hosts and very welcoming even arranging a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The pool is a good size with steps to enter. There is an Aldi and Lidl 10 minutes walk and the beach is within walking distance too. We are hoping to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Everything about our stay, from communication with the owners, to the villa itself and all the facilities was excellent. The owners are clearly committed to ensuring they give the very best service and experience to their guests and are extremely welcoming and helpful. For an extended family including grandparents, parents and children it was perfect, spacious, loads of outside space in sun or shade and a wonderful pool. All the facilities are great, lots of towels, good showers, lovely barbecue, loads of seating, everything is good. It was so lovely around the villa we spent most of our time there, our 2 granddaughters just loved the pool. Thank you Marie and Franck we have had a wonderful holiday.

Marie couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were travelling with 3 children and she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The property is modern and well equipped and within a short distance to everything you need. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 10 mintute walking radius. We had the pool heated and it was almost impossible to get the children out! The area was very private and it was exactly what we were looking for. If we could have given 6 stars we would have.
