“so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.”

“Hampton Inn is one of two hotels in Patterson. The other one being Best Western, a much older hotel, but offers the same amenities as Hampton (pool, hot tub, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast). “I enjoyed having the extra space separate from the bed. Not having my coffee maker in my bathroom area. I also enjoyed having some amenities that I could purchase in the lobby. When I arrived I was able to purchase a small amount of Tylenol, for example, without having to drive around looking for a place when I wasn’t feeling well. Quick and efficient check in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends or family.”
