“The room was spacious and nice. We arrived late at night (10 pm ish) and had to call the hotel three times for the shuttle. The total wait time was almost an hour. Everytime we called we were told 10 minutes…. The breakfast was amazing and some of the best food I have ever had. The front desk seemed annoyed with any questions on both stays so we avoided them. I did not think they were friendly which was strange as everywhere else (La Fortuna) was super friendly. On our second stay the shuttle...

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

“Andres, the front desk agent, was pleasant, friendly and gave a warm welcome. The room was clean, spacious, had all the needed amenities. The rooms had good noise control and I enjoyed quiet restful periods Bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean The pool had debris on the surface but it was windy. “La struttura è bella e ben tenuta con un bel giardino e vista panoramica. Il gestore è stato molto cordiale e la colazione è buona e abbondante. Nota negativa hanno diversi cani che entrambe le 2 notti in cui ho soggiornato hanno abbaiato per tutta la notte non facendoci dormire. Peccato che non se ne rendano conto, dovrebbero fare qualcosa a riguardo.”
