Struttura un po datata
Stanza grande, letto molto comodo e possibilità di parcheggio. E un albergo 3 stelle perciò non si puo pretendere molto pero si trova davanti alla spiaggia e hai a disposizione lettini e umbrelloni. Il wifi ha funzionato bene e la collazione alla messicana buffete cosi cosi. La pulizia della stanza funzionava a dipendenza di chi la faceva e il personale alla reception uguale, purtroppo ho avuto un problema che non hanno voluto risolvere e solo per questo non tornerei.

staff was friendly, things were clean. property and facilities were dated but the location and price made it a great value. we are not the type to spend our vacation in our room so it was perfect for us.

Loved that hotel is on the beach and not a huge resort. Could walk to a few restaurants and a market. Garden courtyard is lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but ate all other meals off property. Stayed 2 nights before going to Cabo San Lucas.

This property is a decent value for the money. Rooms look dated, but they're ok if you don't spend a lot of time inside. A useful perk is that the property has free drinking water stations on each floor. The food selection is ok, not great, but the low price makes getting the all inclusive plan worth it, considering the restaurants outside the property are for the most part expensive. The grounds and pool area are nice and were not busy at the end of January, when we visited.

I checked in April 29th and I should not have been able to check in being that they didn't have running water. I found out about no water once I got to the room and tried to wash my hands. I went back to the front and was told that they were having issues and the water will be on in an hour. We left and went to Cabo San Lucas for a few hours. When we returned it was after 9pm and the water was still not working. I was told that it will be on within ten minutes. I turned the faucet on in the bathroom and left it on to know exactly when the water will start working. It was around 11pm before we had water. I was told that a manager would be in the next morning to make some type of accommodations to the guests for this experience, but the manager never showed or so I was told. I checked on May 1st and the manger was still a no show. Danya at the front desk told me to contact Expedia and have an agent call them for a partial refund. Thank you Danya. The hotel lobby looks nice, the ouside is very nice, but the walls and door in the room were dirty. The very thin blanket looked old and outdated. There were two outlets. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. My daughter hated the room so much that she refused to stay and decided that she would just hang in the lobby for a nap. Be prepared to be approached by a person wanting you to visit a vacation property. Yes, the incentives are good, but the salesman gets upset when you don't commit to ridiculous monthly payments.

This is a 3 star property, with better service than any 5 star service, resort we have gone to! It’s not boujee but, it is nice and very clean! The staff is what makes this property, priceless!

The cactus garden in the middle of the hotel was just beautiful. It was nesting season and we saw so many birds that nest there. Woodpeckers and cactus wrens same as Orioles.

The hotel was nice. We liked that it was peaceful and the amenities were nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was a sale person always trying to get us to visit another property. We later learned this other “property” was a timeshare. The lady would not leave us alone and we had to always avoid the front desk. She started to make our stay feel uncomfortable.

We liked the staff and the breakfast buffet option. This resort really needs to invest in new mattresses and comfortable pillows. Small, lumpy balls of foam and springs in my hip. Hotels are all about rest. A mattress from this decade is recommended. They keep the place clean and you can’t beat the price. Can’t return though because of the mattress.

The staff was pushy and wanted us to attend time share seminars. Once we said no, the lady said to at least give her $10 US dollars. A safe is usually one of the amenities that are included with the room but here, we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use it. Staff was not friendly and always had an attitude.
