“We had a GREAT stay. However.. There were some Pros and Cons. Pros: *staff was AMAZING *lots to do *food was good at all restaurants (not so much for the suite service) *our housekeeper, Belen, was very sweet and always kept our room clean *La Choya was one of our favorite spots - Canuto was so attentive. “you can only eat at restaurants if you have a reservation one night we went to 3 different places not full not even half full at all 3 we even went to the place to pay to eat and was turned away just seems crazy that they have only one place that you don't need a reservation but it serves same food each night.”

“This is a really nice place, centrally located with everything within a walking distance yet far enough away from the crazy clubs so that you can sleep when you are ready to with a sliding door open. This hotel has security gates that close leaving only one entrance after midnight, this is a good thing, the cruiseship area is very expensive but the rest of the place is fairly normal, expect American prices for everything, or a little more.
