“Excellent resort and staff. It is a 24/7 party so if you plan on sleeping then it's not for you! It would also be nice if they labeled all the food at the buffet because there was a lot of food that we didn't know what it was. ”

“We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). “The photos of this property on Expedia are VERY deceptive. Based on those, we booked a room for nearly $500/night, expecting to stay in the buildings with 5 pools as advertised. Instead we were dumped in side buildings with access to much smaller pools. Our room overlooked a parking lot and hostel. The front desk staff- including the “supervisor”- were completely unhelpful and unapologetic. We asked for a refund which they would not grant, sent us back to Expedia. “The food on this property is absolutely amazing!! The rooms are also clean and the service is top-notch. However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off. ”
