“The property was excellent but it is definitely a party hotel. The amenities were very good, the AC was nice and cold, and the food offered a good variety of options. The drinks were always flowing in the hotel and they had mini bars in the room. I also liked that security was everywhere and I felt safe. The Jungle Party and White Parties were can't miss.”

“The staff was very friendly, energetic and attentive. The property was clean. Lots of great food options at the buffet. The made to order omelets were delicious! Beautiful pools overlooking the ocean. Wifi was spotty in our room one of the days, but worked just fine throughout the resort. Recommend booking transportation prior to arrival. We took a shuttle to the resort & it was $44 (2 people). Taxi cab back to the airport was $80. Definitely would visit this location again. Great vibes all...

“During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room. I immediately notified the front desk, but instead of addressing the issue, they questioned whether I was telling the truth and acted as if they didn’t believe me. I told them I had left the cockroach in the room so they could verify it themselves. Although I was eventually moved to another room, it didn’t happen until three days after I reported the incident. “Extremely disappointed. Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had in a while. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was a mistake. They don’t advise you beforehand that the actual property is a mile and a half away from the main gate and that they don’t allow Ubers into the property nor do they offer a ride to the main gate (despite being a golf resort). It forces you to pay a taxi through them which costs about $50usd to get anywhere since the property is so isolated from everything. We...

“This resort was beautiful! Very clean! We spent most of our time at the activity pool. Our waiter by the pool, Carlos, was exceptional!! The entertainment was fun. The entertainment director, Yuki and her staff were so good at their jobs! Our boys, who were 17 and 18 year olds, enjoyed the pool volleyball and the music trivia. “From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!”
