“It was an okay stay for me. Food was average not spectacular. I often saw cockroaches in the hallway near my room since people left food and dirty dishes on the trash can. Restrooms in common area were clogged most of time. Staffs were friendly and helpful.”

“Very nice but very quiet. I wish they would’ve played some music throughout the day. The water also made me really sick I think they should either offer purified water or give their guest a heads up. The beach is also not swimmable. Which is another thing they did not tell us. We could not even put our feet in the water. Overall, the room, property and staff were really nice and helpful. The communication could’ve just been better.”

“The appearance is luxury, but everything else is average/subpar. I stayed there for one night after staying at another resort for the beginning of my trip. I told them I wasn’t feeling well ( I’d been really sick for the past two days) and was told they’d see what they could do about early check in but it became obvious that they weren’t doing anything to expedite the check in. Not only was I unable to check in early, but I actually could not check until almost thirty minutes after the check in...

“I like the property, its location, food, and staff. I just wish they would limit the time other properties could come and enjoy the amenities that I paid to stay for. For example the other properties could come after 10:00am so the pool chairs are not all taken or reserve so many chairs for the other properties. I think if I picked this property to stay at, I should have first priority.”

“Spiaggia chiusa per pericolo sanitario. Bella piscina. Buon Wi-Fi. Cibo vario. Buon servizio di spiaggia e bordo piscina, anche service room. Pulito. Manca locale chiuso ( bar) per ascoltare musica, giocare a carte o semplicemente bere qualcosa in compagnia. Ha piovuto e per andare al ristorante ci siamo bagnati. Non è attrezzato per giorni di pioggia. Un vantaggio è che si può usufruire dei 3 hotel della catena ”

“From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!”
