I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences.
First, a jacket went missing during my stay upon checking in, which was extremely upsetting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but losing a personal item of that value is unacceptable and has not been properly resolved.
Additionally, after housekeeping serviced my room one day, my door was left open. This was very concerning from a safety and security standpoint. Guests should feel confident that their belongings and personal safety are protected.
There were also maintenance issues — one of the lamps in the bedroom was not working, which should have been checked and addressed before assigning the room to a guest.
The dining experience was also frustrating. Restaurant reservations take far too long to secure, and there is no flexibility for first-come, first-served seating. This makes it difficult to enjoy meals without planning far in advance, which takes away from a relaxing resort experience.
Lastly, on a particularly busy day, there were not enough towels available. For a resort of this size, basic amenities like towels should always be sufficiently stocked.
Overall, these issues significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service, security, and guest experience.
