Our cozy guest suite, perfect for short term/long term stay, is beautifully renovated throughout with modern furnishings ready to welcome guests. It is nestled in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood with Park at a short walking distance. Our guest suite is neat, bright, modern and is ideal for 4 guest or a family (up to 4 guests total).

The space
Our place is ideal for short term/long term stay.
-There are 2 lovely bedroom furnished with queen bed and high quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a quiet and comfortable sleep.

-One full bathroom with showers, fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hair dryer is ready for a relaxing shower.

-The living room hold both dining room and a place to watch TV with DISNEY+ subscription. A new comfortable sofa bed in case you need extra space to sleep.

-Please feel free to enjoy the modern kitchen, fully equipped, to prepare a gourmet meal, as provided the following amenities: stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, oil.

While the Guest Suite is completely separate, it is still attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. THE ENTIRE GUEST SUITE IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE.

You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 4:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:15am on the check-out date.

**We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house, parking and a WiFi password for internet access**

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced.

There are a total 10 cameras outside of the entire house, 3 security cameras surrounding the garage, 4 surrounding the front yard, and 3 at the back yard. All of them are recording 24/7 hours for the guest safety and security purposes.

Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing, thanks for your understanding!

Other things to note
NOISE DECIBEL METER:
We use a noise decibel meter that detects sound levels of the property. If this meter is triggered from a party or we receive a noise complaint, you will receive 1 warning and then we will escort you and your party off premise. NO REFUNDS and $250 FINE.

Early Bird Check-in:
Depending upon availability, early check in starts at 1pm for $10/hr.

Late Check-out:
Depending upon availability, late check-out time is available until 2pm for $10/hr.
