Two rooms were reserved ..one for handicap that was excellent ..ours was one king bed and the bed was pushed very tightly to air conditioned unit, we requested to be moved and were given a room right across the staff laundry room (noisy) and no fridge or microwave unlike the 1st room provided.

The hotel is dirty, carpet smelled, looks like it has never been vacuumed including the hallways. I had a sleepless night due to allergies from the dust. I wish I would have walked right out when I arrived, since I paid for a night and didn’t get any sleep. Now, I’m waiting for my refund for the night I didn’t not stay. To make things right I would request the full refund.

Very convenient location for the airport and basic shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable with choices of pillows. Sink is in with the toilet and shower. Permanent night light in the bathroom was nice. You can hear the people above you as if you were in a house. That wasn’t terrible but I noticed it. Breakfast had good variety and was fresh. Staff was really nice. The property itself felt very safe. The surrounding area is not a place I would walk around after dark but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Just your average hotel, I wish they had more items in their shop. There isn’t many places near by and the smallest items like a lighter or energy drink took a $15 Uber to get to. Staff was the highlight honestly. Everyone was super nice and genuine.

The hotel was nice but they don't have long term parking. That made it very difficult for me as I had to make arrangements for parking thru a parking garage that the hotel delt with. Then having an extra expense

My experience at this hotel was almost perfect. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the room had everything I needed, the continental breakfast even though they serve it super early (6:30-8:30), for those on vacations is not very convenient, but the only thing I had to mention is about the the housekeeper I’m not sure exactly what time it happened but it was approximately at 9:30-10 am. Husband and I were in bed when the housekeeper quickly knocked on our door and opened it. My husband and I almost hard a heart attack for being woken up that way.. We told her we were not leaving yet. She left but she literally came back around a half hour later and did the same thing, knocked and opened the door. Again, we screamed we were still there and we had to jump out of bed and locked the door. This lady returned a 3rd time and did the same with the difference she couldn’t open the door this time because it was locked. It was very frustrating. Check out time was at noon and there is this lady trying to clean the room hours early almost kicking us out of it. Check in at 3 pm, plenty of time to clean the room after the customer leaves. Maybe something admin should address.

The evening I arrived, I noticed my tub drain did not work. The plug wouldn't stay down so I couldn't fill my tub. I asked for a different room, got a new room but no help moving my stuff. Then I had problems with the sink. I soaked my swimsuit in it, but then couldn't get the plug open. It was jammed. The woman at the front desk at night was bordering on rude a couple times. Also, no extra blankets in the closet!! Not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little old but was nice, room was cozy, bed was very comfy! NOTHING to do in the nearby area and a little sketchy but it was a quick walk to the light rail at least.

I only had one channel on the TV. I let front desk know about it three times, and I was told someone would look at it in the morning. One staff member tried switching the remote but it didn’t work. I was only getting power function as well as volume. Also the only channel I was getting was in Spanish so that didn’t help. I tried to get some sort of credit for the stay or at least a future stay which didn’t happen.

I actually changed my reservation from another property to this one because I thought it looked nicer for my budget. I was met with disappointment after disappointment here. I desperately wanted to take a bath and the bathtub plug didn’t work… not that it mattered because the shower water was barely warm when turned all the way up. I desperately wanted a bath. On the second day, I got a text message from the property asking how my stay was going and I responded letting them know about the bathroom issues and asking them if someone could go into our room to fix. I received a text back saying “someone from the front desk will be in touch with you shortly.” Never heard from someone at the front desk and the bath water or tub plug issued were not fixed. When I reported it to the front desk manager the next morning upon check-out, he said the hot water heater is on the opposite side of the building so when the weather is cold it takes longer for the shower water to heat up. Huh? I told him the water wasn’t hot at night either when I tried to take a bath, but the sink water was scalding hot so his answer made no sense. He said I should have contacted the front desk with my issues despite the text I got that someone from the front desk would be calling me… I told him they shouldn’t be sending those text messages then if they’re not true. Also breakfast here on the weekends starts at 7:30am which is very late and not in line with industry standards. It should be 7am at the latest.

Visit same hotel second time. It never fails. Love this place. Stay was amazing breakfast amazing. Love can’t wait come back. Was here for a 49er game.

Secure parking lot
It is close to downtown and the airport. The parking is really secure. The gate closes at night and you need your room keys to get thru the gate so that was a plus for us. Will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area.
