Location is centrally located and this would have easily been a 5* but the owners communication lacked and made for a difficult check in/out. The location is well stocked with needed essentials, the bed was comfy, TV worked great, and was newly remodeled. The shower was wonderfully high for taller people. The layout was a little surprise, but still worked great. Being parked next to a Tesla Supercharger is awesome for coming and going with a Tesla.Info on the check in process and accessing the property was provided via text message only about 6 hours before check-in, and was not included in the email from VRBO. Part of the check in requires parking elsewhere, getting buzzed in by the owner, and then gaining access, however despite following the instructions we akwardly stood outside making multiple attempts to be buzzed in for about 10 mins until we were let in by someone leaving. The owner responded approximately an hour later apologizing but definitely made for some anxiety about actually getting into the property. There were no departure instructions (laundry, dishes) and when I asked for them, there was no response. If you have suitcases or items to bring up in multiple trips, wait to get buzzed in and get the key to the garage. The parking spot is super close to the elevator and it's only about a 100' walk and a short elevator trip. The parking garage entrance is on the opposite block and the garage is under the entire building so it's not obvious.
