- You live in my home, not a hotel. We put a lot of effort into creating this home, please treat this place with respect.

- You will not have to do any type of chores upon check-out since it is included in the cleaning fee.

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.

- This is one unit at the property, with private entrance, private backyard and complete privacy. It is also very spacious. There is another private residence on the same lot

- The garage is not a livable area. It might be accessed by our cleaners & staff. Please do not store personal belongings, including parking cars. Security camera is installed in the garage for security reason

- Gym: There are exercise equipments in the garage. This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities with guest or others whom they invite to use the premise.

- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellation.
