Situata a soli 30 minuti da Santa Fe, ai margini della foresta nazionale di Santa Fe, questa casa mozzafiato sulla scogliera domina 50 piedi sopra il maestoso fiume Pecos. Sentiti a casa nella casa di adobe personalizzata, dove i finestrini posteriori offrono una vista mozzafiato del grande oltre.

Scendi le scale di 50 piedi e tuffati nell'acqua fredda sul bordo del fiume Pecos. Il resort esclusivo è tuo per esplorare con la pesca alla trota tutto l'anno nel fiume, l'arrampicata per principianti, un grande prato per picnic e falò e 250 piedi di accesso privato al fiume. We have stayed at this property numerous times. Each time we're blown away by the scenery. It is the most beautiful, serene place you could ever imagine. Always clean and full of extras (fishing rods, safety equipment, canoes).

This property is one of the nicer VRBO we have stayed at. Quiet and private setting, and absolutely gorgeous property. We brought our dogs to play by the river while fishing for trout. Santa Fe isn't far away, so great shopping nearby. We will be back!

This vacation home is incredible and the owners should give a master class on what it takes to be the perfect venue and host. Every single need and want has been thought about and addressed in the most succinct way possible. From the website to the guest guide book to the labels and notes we never wondered where anything was or what the expectation was. It is an incredibly peaceful property with the home sitting above the river. The sound of the water immediately de-frazzles you and the numerous water activities insures endless opportunities for fun. We fished and looked for rocks and the kids climbed around the rocks. If it had been warmer we would have canoed the river or floated down the river in the inner tubes. Absolutely everything is provided including fishing gear and tackle. The home is elegant and modern without ever feeling stuffy or uncomfortable. This home is the perfect example of the goal of every item having it's designated place. I actually took some notes on how I can better organize my home. The steam room and Jacuzzi bathtub were just the additional water therapy we needed. One of our travelers has had some health issues and is unsteady on their feet. I was concerned about the 50ft staircase but once again the hosts have done everything right. The staircase was easy to navigate and the individual stairs were perfect depth and the rise was not too high. They even have rope handrails to assist with walking over some uneven ground. We had zero problems.

We were looking for a quiet, off-the-beaten-path place to conclude our vacation. We hit the bullseye with the Pecos River Cliff Hiuse. It is beautiful, , spotlessly clean, and totally quiet. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

The pictures accurately show the location and environment of the house. It is really a wonderful place to stay for a few days and get away from the real world. The river can be heard from the house and the bedroom has a massive four panel patio door opening to the outside so we left the door open and only closed the screen at night to be able to hear the river. The house is equipped with everything you will need and our host provided all the information we needed to both navigate the area and use the facility. The area at the river is completely private and well shaded. There are floats and canoes to use in the river and a picnic table and other seating at the river's edge. Overall a fantastic place away from it all.

We stayed here for a week. The house is in the most beautiful spot. It is secluded and has everything you need. We didn't come at a good time for fishing, but my teenagers sure gave it their best efforts. We spent time in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Taos. New Mexico was good to us. Thank you for the wonderful house!

Their service level is top-notch, and beyond that, it's the details that make the difference. Hearing the river below & watching wildlife in abundance was soothing to the soul. The peacefulness, and quietness, & we enjoyed the rain as well. If one loves the nightlife there is Santa Fe about a forty-minute ride away. What a great stay! Host communication is perfect. The house is wonderful. We loved going to the river and hanging out. We had it totally to ourselves. The view from the house is amazing. Everything a person might need is there, right down to bug spray, a crockpot, fishing gear, foil, coffee, Tupperware. So nice. We were just 30 minutes easy driving by freeway to Sante Fe, which was an added bonus. We would stay again in a heart beat, if only we lived a bit closer.

Absolutely perfect - from communications with Robin, to arrival, enjoyment, and checkout. The pictures really don't do this justice - the views are stunning and house is so cozy and beautifully appointed. The property is... wow! It felt special to be able to enjoy it. Wife and i were there first week in August. I haven’t entered my review mainly due to inability to put the experience into words. We kept pinching ourselves to make sure it wasn’t a dream and that we were really there. The house itself is awesome and perfect in every way. The view was incredible along with the solitude never turned on TV. Never turned on music turned off our phones and simply enjoyed the natural setting. Looking forward to another trip Definitely worth it
