“The layout was a bit odd. The coffee setup was completely unsanitary and old and undrinkable. The coffee, sugar and creamer were in an open stackable 3 glass dish contraption. “A comfortable room for two. Very clean. Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. “Was a good place to stay was convenient in any which way you were heading from that town.”

“All good. This was our second time renting from Mr. Cavazos. The place was clean and well stocked/appointed. This 3BR/2BA suite offered plenty of room for the comfort of our family of 4 adults (so much better than 2 hotel rooms). We had one issue early in our stay (our fault; we locked ourselves out), and Mr. Cavazos was quick to respond and address. Overall, and once again, it was a very pleasant stay.”
