Communication was brilliant, small problems solved immediately (with a smile) and that back patio - my goodness, what a perfect gem of a spot to eat, sip wine and relax. The beds are SO comfy, the rooftop patio great for a bit of sun-time and the kitchen well-stocked, well-labeled and spotless. Plus - you can't beat the location for proximity to everything. We felt very safe. ”
