    Newly remodeled and tastefully designed, THis Caribbean feel apt, boasts a sweeping Ocean View, which you can enjoy from the living room or relax in the balcony with a drink.
    It has a full kitchen and two FULL bathrooms.
    The King master bedroom and the adjacent bedroom with two FULL beds, all have brand new memory foam mattresses offering super comfy beds.
    The Beach is our backyard,walk to the sand from our gate,we have a gorgeous pool and hot tub as well as a great Gym.(ask what's open during Covid restrictions)
    I'm sure you will be very happy in our apt.!

The stay was nice, and everything we wanted to do was close by, especially the airport, you can definitely hear the planes coming and going. The place does need a few repairs, and the beach chairs should really be replaced with newer ones. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Super easy to access, clean, and very comfortable. Internet access was excellent! Showers are a bit small, so if you are a larger person, it will be tight! Walking distance to Chili’s where the food was great!

Gia is a wonderful host! Even though our vacation got off to a rough start with a canceled flight and missing one night, she was so accommodating and kind. The water rationing due to the wide spread outage was a bit of a surprise but it was resolved within one day of our arrival. The condo was clean quiet. Gia is very responsive and truly cares about your experience. The pool would have been a great addition but unfortunately was under construction. Overall very pleased with our stay for our first time in Puerto Rico

The apartment was amazing with a great host who was very prompt with response. Very easy instructions to get in and parking spot was very handy for our rental car. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great location , very comfortable and well taken care and clean . The area is nice and safe . Gia the host was very nice and communicative. Maria the security was really nice too. Highly recommended , I’ll stay in the future again at Gias place .

Enjoyed our stay in PR

Convenient to the beach. Wasn’t our favorite beach on the stay by any means. Also convenient to airport and many other areas we traveled to daily. Nice communication with owner before and during stay. Grateful for the time there.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay here—this place was perfect for what we needed! There are plenty of restaurants and even a store within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The staff at the property were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe.The best part for us was the easy beach access—you can walk right onto the sand from the property! While the building is showing a bit of its age, it’s still clean, nicely decorated, and offers a stunning view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back!

At Beach - Great Parking Spot - Fun to watch beach and planes at airport. Felt real safe. Unit next

The unit had a king and two queen beds as well as a very roomy living room dining area with two bathrooms which was a plus the unit was immediately at the beach parking spot for the unit was close to elevators to make it easy to get things in and out of the building appreciate beach chairs and ice chest left to be used during stay as well as beach towels host was a quick communication away and if we needed something to you was right there thank you for providing a wonderful day for my family and I

March 4-7 2025

Three adults, 2 rooms, 3 beds, so we each had our own bed. We stayed in the same room last year and enjoyed it. This year the master bedroom bed was new (and nice!) and some decor was also updated. Isla Verde is near the airport, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The washer and dryer on site work well and are in good condition. We enjoyed our stay!

Birthday Trip

Overall very happy with the stay and Gia was an amazing host. Property was as advertised, in very nice area with shops and food spots right near by within walking distance. The actual property does need some updating but still very nice overall. Make sure to stop by the cafe downstairs, all the workers on property were extremely friendly. There was no pool due to maintenance but you have the beach right in the back so not a bother honestly and you can book a pool day pass right down the street.

Great Stay

Great condo in an excellent area. ESJ has always been a top choice and the view from this stay is breathtaking. We really needed and appreciated the 2 bathrooms, although everyone showered in the master bath, since they complained that the second shower was way too small. No matter, the two toilets were still a plus. Very minimal as far as amenities/supplies, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Beach supplies were a plus. Would stay again.
