Apex Vive nella capitale di Puerto Rico

Accogliente, elegante e moderno monolocale all'ultimo piano (26 ° piano) di una delle torri residenziali più alte della città di San Juan. Appartamento angolare con splendida vista a 180 gradi sulla città, tra cui l'oceano, la laguna di Condado e la baia di San Juan. Essere in cima a San Juan significa che una bella croce di alisei scorrerà attraverso lo studio se hai le finestre aperte. Molta luce naturale con pochissima necessità di illuminazione durante il giorno. Le fantastiche vedute ti permetteranno di vedere la città al lavoro mentre il sole attraversa tutto il giorno. La proprietà è ben posizionata. La maggior parte dei punti di interesse sono entro 5-10 minuti. guidare. 10 minuti. a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina a Laguna de Condado.

Il nostro studio è completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Bagno completamente rinnovato e stufa elettrica a superficie aperta con piano in quarzo e isola per mangiare. La cucina è completamente fornita di pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e disposizioni di base. Inoltre, contiene un frigorifero in acciaio inossidabile e un forno a microonde.

Vari asciugamani da bagno e due teli mare forniti per l'uso durante il vostro soggiorno. Saranno forniti articoli da toeletta.

La struttura dispone di un parcheggio su strada gratuito che è possibile utilizzare. Per maggiore sicurezza, disponiamo di un garage custodito chiuso che appartiene all'edificio adiacente. Poiché dobbiamo pagare un extra per questo garage, addebitiamo un piccolo supplemento per notte ($ 5) più un deposito rimborsabile per le chiavi del garage.

The unit is clean and simple. The view is absolutely amazing. Enjoyed seeing the skyline from bed and even got a treat of fireworks one night! The walk to the convention center is literally just crossing a street ( from the back parking lot), which was perfect for my event. I would definitely stay here again. Its mentioned that the elevators are old but they worked great for me. The only thing that startled me was that I could hear the elevator doors open and close when inside the unit. Once I knew what the sound was, it barely bothered me again.

GF and I had a great week. Place was nice. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. Construction next door was noisy but host can’t really be held responsible for that.

Property was conveniently located and accessible and quick uber ride to nearby places to see including Old San Juan, El Morro and restaurants. Room was small but clean and had the necessary amenities. The building is older so do not expect any air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. Although the room is nice, the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. The views from the room were stunning, contacting property manager was great and Nelson always responded timely and Balthazar the maintenance manager came quickly when needed to check up on things. Would recommend for convenient location.

We stayed for 8 days in this great place, the view its definitely the best thing, the building is located in a really good place, we usually walked to get places and there is a museum close by, District T-mobile and, laguna el condado just couple blocks down, to get to old san juan it's 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay there, Puerto rico its amazing!

Clean, well maintained apartment in a prime location. It has all basic amenities and a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend this place, if you are looking to stay near Condado beach area. I would definitely stay here, if I visit San Juan again.

We stayed here for a week and would absolutely stay again. The studio is very cute & the view of the city and ocean is unmatched! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Our hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It is a short drive, uber, or electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. Definitely consider this spot for your next trip to San Juan!

Me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful listing . It’s nearby many restaurants and many supermarkets as well as a short drive to Viejo San Juan and a lot of gorgeous beaches. The communication with the host was great and they were very helpful. The view is awesome definitely will stay here again

The host was kind enough to wait for my late night airplane arrival. He showed me all that I needed to know. There is a very efficient use of space and all the amenities one needs. It's a bit of a walk to Condado and nearby restaurants. The very fair price point made that small inconvenience easy to negotiate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Isla Grande in San Juan. Beautiful views. Clean, tidy studio. Host was helpful. The process for retrieving key & parking was a little confusing, but we made it fine. We just needed accommodations for sleeping after travel & a day in Old San Juan. Location between airport & Old San Juan was convenient. Would stay again.

I rented this studio for 13 days. Location is good. High floor but we found cockroaches inside the studio. The lamp shades and headboard of bed had alot of dust. When I showed it to the person maintaining the studio , Mr Balthazar, he stated it was not that much dust and that he only has 3 hours to clean between renters checking in. The windows were dirty inside and out and Mr Balthazar stated that the rain will again dirty the windows. There were 2 rugs and both were dirty and dusty. I asked for a blender. They told me there was 1 but I never found it. I was only given 2 rolls of toilet tissue, and Mr Balthazar s. I had to request more. There were only 2 beach towels, 2 pillows and the only bed sheets were on the bed. I requested another set of sheets, 2 more beach towels and 2 more pillows.

The studio apartment is located on the 26th floor with magnificent views of the city skyline and the ocean. Decor is simple yet well appointed with all the equipment and furnishing needed for a comfy visit. Proximity to the convention district, Old San Juan and many other key attractions make this a perfect place to stay for your trip to Puerto Rico.
