The neighborhood is peaceful and close to famous and popular attractions like Old San Juan, El Morro, La Placita in Santurce, and much more.

This house is powered by clean energy using solar panels, and is equipped with a Tesla battery backup in case of a power outage. The same goes for the water cistern which serves as a storage in case the municipality shuts services down temporarily.
