No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Place was very secure. The room and beds were very comfortable. The host thought of anything we might’ve needed for the beach, including cooler and chairs and towels. But the location was amazing. With an easy walking distance to many restaurants, a Walgreens, liquor store, or anything else that you want. Literally one block from the beach.

Excellent location steps from the beach and the host provided chairs for use. Building is very secure even though it’s in a good area. Plenty of good food and shops around. The host was excellent with communication and responded almost immediately anytime we messaged him. The washer and dryer in the apartment was huge! Was a great stay and would use it again for sure!

The only thing that is great about this apartment is the LOCATION. It is walking distance to many nearby restaurants and little shops. But, there’s no view from the window other than nearby building roofs. It is not maintained very well. Everything is old, rusted, and outdated. Windows, kitchen, and bathroom is dirty. Toilet in the second bedroom with 2 beds kept losing water and making gushing noise randomly. Amenities lists “basic soaps” but there were no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. When we contacted the host, he stated that it is not required per his listing; but there were containers in the shower but they were all empty. I’ve never had a host not provider basic soaps aka shampoo, conditioner, or body wash at least. Upon arrival, we had no instruction to enter the building from the host. We had to call/text him to get it. There’s a construction happening right by the apartment, so at 7/8am, it starts to be SOOOOO loud. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect place to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants. My host, Sergio, was amazing- I didn’t fully read the check-in instructions and he walked me through the checkin process by phone at 8:30pm. Stellar service! The unit is exactly as described/pictured and even included beach equipment to use! Super comfy stay for 2 couples or a family, 10/10!

Convenient But Loud

Good location in the heart of the Condado area, with lots of good restaurants and shops. The unit was as advertised. It has a view of the top of parking lot and garage, so no views. It was a nice size for our group, and all appliances were newer and working well. Overall a comfortable stay.

First of all the host should’ve let somebody know that the second bedroom air condition did not work. The host also should’ve let people know that they’re building a huge apartment complex next-door and the worker start at 5:30 at six in the morning and work all day till six at night so sleeping in on your vacation was absolutely out of the question the building’s condition outside questionable at best this unit cost a lot of money to rent for five days and to be woken up every morning at 5:30 or six on your vacation is unacceptable to me, but I will say Sergio answer the call every time there was an issue. I just think he needs to note in the listing that a lot of noise from construction going on.

Fabulous trip great location soon as you walk out the door you're in the mix of everything..very well kept apt... Didn't need Sergio much but If I called him he would always respond back to you... This is a great place for any four person family

I recently stayed at this VRBO property and had an exceptionally disappointing experience. Despite informing the property manager that my party and I would be arriving around 2 am due to a flight delay, we faced multiple issues from the outset. Upon arrival, we were given access information for a property that was already occupied, potentially leaving us without a place to stay. When I contacted the property manager, he quickly provided the right information. Once inside the building, we noticed yellow caution tape on the balcony. Exhausted, we chose to overlook the disheveled exterior and entered the apartment. Unfortunately, this was a significant oversight on our part. The apartment was far from clean: it was dusty, and mold was visibly present on several walls. We had to spend time cleaning the apartment just to make it habitable. To make matters worse, construction noise began at 5 am from all sides of the property—information that was conspicuously absent from the listing. The incessant noise made it impossible to sleep. When I reached out to the property manager regarding the cleanliness, he suggested sending someone to clean the apartment, but ultimately this did not materialize. No further alternatives were offered, leaving us in an unsatisfactory situation. Additionally, the building's elevator was unreliable, which compounded the difficulty of navigating the dark, poorly lit staircase.
