Bella 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni, 2 zone soggiorno, cucina aperta, spazioso condominio. Situato nel nuovo "Mare" ristrutturato ex ESJ Azul e ESJ Towers. Goditi la brezza dell'oceano dal tuo balcone privato. Rilassati nel soggiorno formale, arredato con un nuovo divano in pelle e una poltrona. Il nostro appartamento è abbastanza grande da sfamare una famiglia di 8 persone nella grande sala da pranzo. Condominio completamente attrezzato con tutti i comfort di casa. La piscina è completamente ristrutturata con vasca idromassaggio e piscina per bambini. Nuova palestra situata al livello B-1 con attrezzature all'avanguardia. Salotto al Cielo Bar nella hall mentre i bambini si divertono nella sala giochi con giochi arcade, biliardo e ping pong. Goditi il caffè, il tuo latte o cappuccino preferito e delizie presso il nuovo bar del Mare, situato accanto alla hall. Meglio di tutti ESJ è direttamente sulla spiaggia - a piedi a lobby e continuare a 20 metri dalla spiaggia - la vostra vacanza non potrebbe essere più semplice!
Chiedete alla nostra porta accanto (# 895230) che può essere noleggiata anche se si dispone di una festa fino a 12! Vivi tutte le gioie che i Caraibi hanno da offrire in queste Gemme di Ocean Front !! Situato a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di San Juan, questi condomini OCEAN-FRONT offrono un accesso super facile da parte degli stati e offre numerosi servizi che l'intera famiglia può godere! I nostri condomini parlano da solo - molti molti clienti ripetuti - assicurati di controllare le nostre recensioni!

La nostra prima unità vanta 2 bagni ristrutturati (uno per portatori di handicap), zona soggiorno formale con mobili nuovi in ​​pelle, cucina aggiornata e un 47 "tv / DVD. Questa unità dispone di 2 aree soggiorno! Uno con una TV e uno che si affaccia sulle palme e sulla spiaggia. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV. La nostra seconda unità vanta 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Completamente ristrutturato (Jan'19) tra cui nuova cucina al quarzo, nuovo bagno, arredi, nuova vernice e pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, nuovi letti, asciugamani e splendidamente decorate. Godetevi la comodità di una lavatrice e dell'asciugatrice in entrambe le unità. Entrambi i condomini hanno l'aria centrale. Vista spettacolare sull'oceano sono visibili da tutte le camere con un sacco di spazio sotto il portico per godersi la vista sulla spiaggia e pina coladas.

Puerto Rico è un territorio americano: nessun passaporto è necessario per i cittadini statunitensi !! Basta imballare le tue borse e prepararsi per rilassarsi!

Immergetevi nel ronzio delle onde dolci dei Caraibi dal tuo balcone privato davanti all'oceano, con nient'altro che palme e sabbia tra te e l'acqua blu! Complesso offre anche una grande piscina con bingo giornaliero (per bambini e adulti), un bar a bordo piscina, facile accesso alla spiaggia, tavolo da biliardo e pingpong situato nella hall, una sala giochi, un lobby bar, internet e un nuovo caffè per godersi il vostro latte preferito!

Gli ascensori offrono un facile accesso all'unità dopo i tuoi negozi di San Juan.

Se cerchi l'intrattenimento, sarai al cuore di tutto! A pochi passi troverete casinò, ristoranti a 5 stelle, vita notturna e shopping. Fai un giro in taxi o UBER per goderti l'antica San Juan, la foresta pluviale e molto altro ancora !!

Il Mare è una comunità chiusa, che ti offre la tranquillità di trascorrere la tua intera vacanza senza il fastidio dell'accesso pubblico alla piscina, alla sala giochi, alla sauna, ecc. L'unica cosa che dovrai preoccuparti è come godervi i tuoi giorni rilassanti e soleggiati !!

Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean. Propty has everything you need , and more for your stay. Host was wonderful with getting back in touch with us , if we need anything. Will return in the future .

Judy was a dream to work with. When we had questions, she immediately responded and helped us out. The condo was clean. Proximity and view of the beach/ocean is great. We loved hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean and listening to the waves. And, we took a couple of excursions - El Yonque and Bioluminescent Bay kayak tour. I highly recommend those. Thank you Judy for a wonderful stay and your attentive service!

This property was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 teens- 17 yr) and our friends who visited for two nights (1 adult & 2 teens 16 & 14). This condo was amazingly clean, well organized, with any and every amenity you need for an 8 night stay. It was very spacious, and had room for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. Having both a separate living room and a den gave the adults & teens some much needed space. The kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan, or gadget needed to cook/bake anything. Full size coffee maker and brand new fridge with ice maker were nice! Look in the pantry before you go to the store, there were some seasonings and coffee filters already there. Washer & Dryer are brand new too. Judy provides tons of extra linens, bath & beach towels!! Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys are out on the balcony. The balcony faces the beach and has a gorgeous view, and it's the lowest floor in the building which allowed us to take the stairs or the elevator for easy access to the lobby, beach and one covered parking spot. The lobby of the hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and game room with ping pong & pool table (our teens loved this!) The beach, condo and surrounding neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There are umbrella & chair rentals, as well as jet ski & parasailing, and food vendors right in front of the condo. The beach is safe and clean, and we felt comfortable letting the teens go out on their own. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery & CVS within walking distance. This was the perfect location to explore San Juan, Loiza, Loquillo, Rio Grand, El Yunque and take snorkeling & bioluminescent excursions out of Fajardo. The owner, Judy, is very responsive and has thought of everything to make renting her home very enjoyable. Thank you, Judy, we will be back!

This place is in a great location on the beach. Condo is very roomy and my family's favorite place was the balcony!! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. Judy was great with getting back to me with all my questions. Will definitely stay again!!

Judy was extremely responsive to any questions we had before our trip. Check in instructions and a list of favorite restaurants was sent ahead of time. We arrived late at night, but check in was very easy and Judy touched base the next day to make sure everything was ok. The view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was just steps away. We were able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other items which made our trips to the beach very easy. The location was PERFECT! We decided not to rent a car and there were many restaurants and a large grocery within walking distance. We used Uber and Taxis for any farther trips we wanted to take. The property looked just like it did in the listing and we were very pleased with all of the amenities. Thank you Judy for sharing your property with us. Our family of 5 had a wonderful trip celebrating my daughter's high school graduation! Great memories until next time!

The apartment is at the great location and well kept. The owner Judy was very helpful with the additional requirements of our stay and was easy to reach. All of my friends loved the place and location. Easy 10 mins drive to Old San Juan. For us group of 8 people, the balcony with patio furniture was the place to spend most of the night relaxing and enjoying the calm sound of the waves. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend Judy’s place for trip to Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! In my family I had 4 kids and 2 adults. Plus we had even more adults staying with us so this condo was plenty of space. Since it was central to the rest of our friends and family, our condo was the gathering spot. We could walk to dinner and other properties. Direct access to the beach was important to me so this was literally in our front yard lol. I have never been closer to the beach than this place. The host was very attentive to us. The kids had plenty of space to run around and we felt very safe the entire time.

After having a stressful situation with a different property canceling on us last minute, we were so lucky to have found this property! The location is ideal, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the balcony! The condo is supplied with anything you may need, including a full kitchen appliances, beach towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids!! The communication with the owner was great, she was ready to help anytime, which you don't always find with other owners who ignore you the moment you have a concern. Only minor things could be improved as far as upgrading the bedrooms a bit, and improving the water heater - it went from super hot to super cold frequently. But overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back!

This was our first time using VRBO and the experience couldn't have been better. Great communication, amazing property, an absolutely incredible week. Location is great, not too busy, not far from everything the island has to offer and in a great neighborhood. The pool was closed, but honestly, we didn't care and wouldn't have used it anyway. The ocean is litteraly right out the door!! Great swimming, amazing beach... all i can say is thank you for sharing your property that allowed our family to have the trip of a lifetime!!! If we come back to Puerto Rico, there is no doubt, we will stay here again!!

We stayed for a week as a family of four and it was a pleasure! The place is large and beautiful with a perfect location right on the beach and private beach access, a parking space in the garage, wonderfully equipped down to things like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, let alone things like a fully stocked kitchen in terms of kitchen equipment, lots of towels etc. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store a very short drive away. I would 100% stay again if we came back to San Juan. PS at the time we were staying, the pool was closed for repairs but it did not matter to us because the beach is right there, not crowded and great for swimming/water play for the kids.

I would recommend Judy’s condo to anyone who just wants to get away and relax. It is perfect. We sat on the balcony every morning and had our coffee and listened to the ocean and watch the early morning activity starting on the beach. It was the best view ever. Judy was very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We will be definitely booking again this condo. It was perfect

Overall experience was great. Would have liked a bit more light as the only large windows were in the balcony/ living room area. The apartment was meticulously maintained, beds very comfortable and condo had great access to beach and local establishments. All COVID safety regulations were in place as well.

The condo is located on Isla Verde Avenue in ESJ Towers/ESJ Azul. I have been staying at ESJ since I was 8 years olds. For years, we would rent rooms through the hotel, then we began renting condos through HomeAway, which is now VRBO, and this is by far the best condo I have rented. If I could give Judy and the property 100 stars I would, but alas, I could only give it 5. There are so many wonderful things to say about Judy and the condo….First off Judy is amazing, answered all of my questions before arrival, and gave tons of helpful tips during our stay. She is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Judy was able to arrange an early check-in for us and called me the night before our departure to see if I wanted to stay later since she did not have any guests arriving that day. As soon as I walked into the condo, I felt a sense of calm and peace. The open layout is great and the apt just flows. My mom and aunts took the first bedroom which sleeps 4 and they were all comfortable. My mom who is super picky about mattresses said she had never slept so well on vacation. I took the master bedroom with the king-sized bed and pull-out bed for myself and my three children, aged 18, 12, and 2. The room is very spacious and has a full-sized bathroom, which is great to have, especially when you have a toddler who is potty training and wakes up at all times of the night to use the bathroom. Said toddler also decided to wake up extra early during our vacation because he wanted to “go outside, see the sun wake up, and look at the beach.” The balcony was an added bonus to our wonderful stay. We were able to sit there during the wee hours of the morning and night to watch the waves and hear the ocean. The peacefulness created by the ocean view was priceless. Stored on the balcony are beach toys, beach chairs, and coolers we were able to use during our stay provided by Judy. This was perfect because of course, I forgot our toys and we did not have to run out and buy any for our beach days. There is also a full kitchen and dining room perfect for nights you want to just cook and stay in. The apt is located on the 1st floor, which is great since it is the same floor the pool is on. The condo also has a washer and dryer, which was great since I HATE taking dirty clothes back home and it saved me the trip to the basement. There were 8 of us on this trip and I can honestly say all 8 of us were very comfortable and happy with the accommodations.

The property was beautiful and was exactly as pictured. The place was much bigger than I expected and everything was so convenient! Judy was very responsive when I had a question. The place was fully equipped with the required necessities. The area is more quiet than I expected but nonetheless it was great! The pool was nice and the beach access was even better. The game room and card room was not open and that was a little disappointing. The only downfall is that check in is at 3 pm but you have to be out by 10 am, which is not great when it’s not a full day but I guess this goes for all hotels. Judy did allow us to contact her for an early check, which was convenient. If I come back to Puerto Rico this is the place I would stay but I would probably try to get the other apartment next door as well so that I can bring more friends and family!

We were in PR for a wedding on the other side of the island. We chose this property to be close to the airport and have some final beach time the day before our departure. We contacted the owner who quickly and easily communicated with us to arrange an early check in to maximize our beach/pool time. Access to both the beach and pool are close and easy. There were rental activities and food options on the beach. The apartment was well furnished and has AC throughout. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this property.

Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space when needed and living space for all of us to get together and enjoy family time. Easy access to pool and beach and all the supplies we needed for a good week. Close by restaurants and stores to make for an easy stay. Comfortably furnished and nicely cleaned and maintained. Judy also responded to any messages very quickly. Was a very memorable week for the kids first vacation together.
