Bellissimo appartamento a San Juan con la posizione migliore e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Questa è una suite tipo condominio con un bagno, una cucina attrezzata con vista sull'oceano. La posizione non può essere migliore in quanto è vicino a tutto e attraverso l'unico hotel a cinque stelle Vanderbilt. È completamente mobile con molta luce naturale. È la scelta migliore per posizione e valore.

Il condominio si trova nella zona turistica di Condado ad Ashford Avenue. Non c'è bisogno di un'auto poiché la maggior parte delle attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui diverse spiagge, una grande varietà di ristoranti, caffè, bar, casinò, negozi di alta moda, negozi di generi alimentari, sport acquatici, farmacie e ospedali. C'è una fermata dell'autobus di fronte all'edificio, che consente un facile accesso alla Vecchia San Juan in cinque o dieci minuti. L'hotel nelle vicinanze offre tutti i tipi di escursioni, comprese le escursioni nella foresta pluviale, la baia biofosforescente, la zip line e molte altre. La posizione del condominio è comoda per il ritiro e il rilascio facili e vicini luoghi che sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Divertiti in un bellissimo appena rinnovato con elettrodomestici e mobili nuovi di zecca. C'è molta luce naturale e molte finestre. La brezza dell'oceano all'interno del condominio è spettacolare. E il condominio è completamente climatizzato per la vostra scelta.
Il condominio ha un letto matrimoniale, che può ospitare fino a due persone. C'è un divano letto che può essere organizzato su richiesta. C'è un tavolo da pranzo per due, TV via cavo. C'è anche una connessione Internet wireless con download da 40 Megs e upload da 4 Megs. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un frigorifero, fornello, forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè e altro come mostrato nella sezione servizi. Il bagno è bellissimo e moderno.

Ora il condominio ha installato un sistema di backup dell'alimentazione per fornire energia durante un'interruzione di corrente. Questa è una caratteristica unica non disponibile in un condominio simile.

C'è una lavanderia a gettoni all'interno dell'edificio. Il condominio ha ascensore e una bellissima piscina. Tutte le aree sono protette con telecamere di sicurezza 24/7.

Overall great experience and a really great location. Coffee shop and restaurant in the building are great! My only issue was how the door locked promptly at 11am on checkout. We were out at 10:50 but while waiting for the Uber, my daughter realized that she forgot something. She got up to the room right at 11 and the code didn't work anymore. A 10 or 15 minute grace period would be nice. im sure the owner would have helped but the time it would have taken to get in touch with him and get it open means we would miss our über, etc. Luckily, it was something she could do without.

simple, cozy, clean

We enjoyed our stay at the simple, cozy and clean vrbo. The property was just as described, had everything we needed and was clean. It is only big enough for two people. It is close to a beach, shopping and it has a pool. The downside for us was the parking. If you’re lucky and can park next door, it is amazing. We weren’t that lucky every night. Our parking for 8 days was more than our rental car. Ray was amazing and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value and location

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a friend’s wedding. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Our correspondence with Ray was prompt and reliable. The location is easy walking distance to the beach and shops and a 10 min Uber to the old city. The pool was refreshing, but could use a little cleaning. All in all this place is good value for the price. Thank you, Ray!

Perfect get away!

Great location!

We had a great stay at Ray’s place! Private, easy check-in, awesome location. We walked to several restaurants, and had very easy Uber rides to Old San Juan, Piñones, and La Placita de Santurce. We also appreciated the locked entrance to the apartment complex and the Ring doorbell for safety. Parking isn’t included with this rental; we only had a rental car for a weekend to go to Ceiba for the ferry, and we were able to find a 24/7 lot down the road. We loved our stay! The location was perfect. Thank you, Ray!

Great Condo

This is a great condo. Small but was enough for just me. I stayed get for a month and it was perfect. Owner was timely in responses and helped inform me about the power outage that effected the whole island. I’ll stay here again. Great location too!

Perfect Studio Apartment

I had a wonderful week long stay at this delightful bright, clean, fully stocked studio apartment. Perfect for a single or a couple. The quiet beach at the end of the Condado is only a 7 minute walk away. I rented a bike for two separate days from San Juan Bike Rentals. For $30 they will deliver a great mountain bike, helmet, and lock to you. The pool at the condo is pristine and almost always empty. H and R Market, only steps away stocks the food, booze, snacks you might want. I felt safe during my stay and would love to rent again next year.

Best bang for your buck

If you are shopping for places to stay and come across this - take it! Price was reasonable - the apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos. Which is awesome. Nice sized private pool overlooking the lagoon and you are right on the strip - just not in the chaos. One block up and you hit the party area. Def would stay here often

IKEA Inspired Efficiency

We stayed in Ray’s efficiency four days. The cutest apt with everything you needed to make your stay more pleasant. The apt is very clean and tidy. The shower was awesome. Bed comfortable, sheets soft. Building was secured and safe and quiet. Large swimming pool and area with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Lots of nice rest. We took the bus to Old San Juan. 75 cents each and we were there in 15 minutes. We also took bus to the Art & History Museum. A short walk to one of our favorite rest. Bebo’s. Everyone knows where it is. Uber is another choice of transportation. Pinones is also a wonderful area to try authentic food. A beautiful beach as well.

Condado condo

A good location. Very busy area, lots of restaurants, bars, shopping for basic needs. Friendly people. Nice restaurant downstairs, Atabey’s. Lots to choose from along the street. Found Uber to be a great way to get around here. Avis car rental just a block or so up the street. Pool missing a few tiles, but still nice, right along the lagoon. A couple of loungers to use. Very few people in the pool. Ray was great. Had a small problem with the sink and he looked right after it. If you want to go out without your phone/device every time , bring something to record the keyless 10 digit door lock number to keep with the building key. The laundry is off the parking ramp to the right of the building, machines use two quarters in each slot (there was no signs indicating how much) I realize this is not under Ray’s control, but knowing this will be helpful to know. Everything you need here. A good choice.

Location Location Location

This was an amazing value for the price and location. I love to SUP and this place is right on the lagoon with a SUP rental facility right around the corner. The place is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for our 10 night stay. If you have read other reviews, you are aware of that the shower can be a little wonky, but the secret is to turn the knob to about 10:00 and leave it! There is a great little coffee shop in the building for breakfast and a small market for water, snacks and sundries. We would definitely stay there again for the price we paid.

Just What I Was Looking For

This was my seventh trip to San Juan. I did it on the cheap this go-around and wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw how nice the condo was. The kitchen and living room were better than I expected. The bathroom was great too, but if I had any complaint it would be the shower. It could have been operator error on my part, but I only got one shower with warm water with little pressure. The other showers were cool water only with very little water pressure....but I managed just fine. Again, maybe it was me because the shower appeared to have many different options I was not familiar with. My security deposit was refunded promptly as it is my nature to leave places I stay for an extended period a bit cleaner than when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again as the rate was quite fair and the location was safe and right where all the action is....!
