🚫 Access to the Event Hall / Local

Please note the following:
• The event hall (local) is NOT included in standard house reservations.
• Guests may pass through the local ONLY to reach the side entrance of the home, as it connects to an exterior door. 🚪
• However, the kitchen inside the event hall is strictly off-limits unless the guest has rented the event hall separately. ❌🍳
• The event hall and its interior spaces cannot be used, occupied, or accessed for gatherings or cooking unless previously booked.

🍽️ Kitchen Clarification

Brisa Serena has three total kitchens, but access depends on your reservation:
• ✔️ Indoor kitchen (inside the home) – FULL ACCESS
• ✔️ Outdoor kitchen (terrace) – FULL ACCESS
• ❌ Kitchen inside the event hall (local) – NO ACCESS unless event hall is rented
• ✔️ You may walk through the local to reach the outdoor area, but cannot use the kitchen, furniture, or interior space.

We provide fast, attentive, and professional support. If you need anything: recommendations, assistance, add-on services, decorations, a private chef, massages, or help with any situation, we’re just one message away.

We have parking for 30 vehicles, either you are staying with us or just doing an event.
