Casa Campo Familiar, Rio Grande Puerto Rico 20 minutes from San Juan Airport

Welcome to our home. Relax and disconnect from the city at Casa Campo Familiar in a comfortable and familiar house, quiet environment, close to restaurants, attractions and just 20 minutes by car from the San Juan International Airport.

Connecting with nature and watching the sunsets on the balcony in the hammock is something you should experience. Our tropical climate is varied and invites you to go out and explore our beautiful island.

Casa Campo Familiar, located in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, is a two-story home. With a spacious patio inviting you to enjoy outdoor activities, it has cameras around the house, basement, and balcony that are constantly working. Please note that we do not have cameras connected inside the house. You will need a car to get there and have quick access to the main road.

The living room has local cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, and other applications. Three bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and a fan. A game room for the family. The kitchen has two dining areas. The bathroom has a shower and hot water.

Free parking, free internet, and a separate entrance. Lighting can be programmed to turn on and off inside and outside the house. Blue containers with non-potable water (no drinking or cooking) are available for emergency use in the bathroom and kitchen.

Guests have access to all areas of the house (first floor and basement). Guests also have access to the patio, where they will find fruit trees, depending on the season. We have a large barbecue area with a table.

We accept dogs and cats (we do not have equipment for them).

The laundry area is locked. Additional cost applies. We have solar panels at our house to help us in case of a power outage. We carefully monitor usage so you have continuous power. DO NOT use hot water during a power outage if you are only using solar energy.

You are welcome to have visitors in the home. There cannot be events (parties) on the property, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. You are also not allowed to stay in the home.

We keep our property clean and expect the same from our guests.

Alexa devices are available in the house that you can use for alarms, music, and any questions about the area. Information on places to visit, the house, and more is available at the information table. Also, on our social media. Booking a house is better than booking a hotel room. The cost can be the same or close. The difference is a home completely reserved for you with the comforts of home. Private and unique.
