Property was located near a central location. Access to many beaches within 10 minutes of driving everything was clean and the place was very cozy.

Perfect for El Yunque

Home was clean, updated decor and great air conditioning. 15 minutes from El Yunque rainforest and 30 minutes from Old San Juan and the airport. There’s a mall, a Walmart and a bakery nearby for your needs. The TV was updated with Netflix and the WiFi was great. Quiet and mature neighborhood. We felt safe while there as two women. Miguel was very quick with his responses and questions.

Great place! Had a little trouble with instructions because booking site deleted instructions. No fault of the property. They responded quickly. There is hot water. Just takes a little bit to get to the faucets. Had a mouse run under a door but he was quickly taken care of. Great location!

Quiet and convenient location

The location is convenient to get many places of the east side of PR. Most of them only 30 min driving. Is not the best neighborhood in the area but is quiet and clean. We were a family of three and was enough space in the house for us. Confortable and clean. The only observation to the manager is that there should be more towels.

Exactly what we needed.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean. And the air-conditioning worked well. There were some minor issues that the owner resolved immediately. We were in town for a surf competition and used the apartment as homebase. We would rent this unit again.

Convenient location

Served its purpose for a convenient place to reach Yunque and Fajardo area. It was cleaned well which was appreciated, but the toilet cleaner smell was a bit too strong and overwhelming. And it was a tablet, so it lasted throughout our stay. It rained a lot while we were there which made it apparent that the place needed a bit of maintenance. It rained in some through the vent above the shower. But it was into the shower so it didn't bother us really. We were able to make dinner and watch TV since we had some bad weather during our visit. Overall, not bad for the price, but nothing particularly outstanding. Neighbors were nice, and seemed like a safe neighborhood with several kids outside playing.

Friendly neighborhood

Came in town for a wedding. The place was perfect for what I needed until it was time to get dressed and there was no iron lol. Walmart is five minutes away so we got one and left it at the rental..
