The gated two-level property includes two separate guest units; this listing is for the private second-floor house. Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space for a family, two couples, or a small group, while the balcony, living room, dining area, and equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in between outings. Guests have one designated parking space on the left side of the carport. A rental car is recommended for exploring El Yunque, Fajardo, regional beaches, excursion departures, and the Ceiba ferry terminal.

Fortuna’s Coastal Retreat is a practical and welcoming two-bedroom house for families, two couples, and small groups of up to four. Each private bedroom has one queen bed and its own air conditioner. One full bathroom with shower is shared by both bedrooms. The home also includes a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen with an air fryer, refrigerator, gas oven and stove, toaster, and microwave, plus WiFi, a Roku TV, and a desk and chair for remote work. The private balcony offers space to enjoy coffee, coastal breezes, palm trees, and views toward the sea across the road. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are naturally ventilated and do not have air conditioning. Guests can rinse off beach sand at the outdoor shower before returning upstairs.

Guests have private access to the second-floor house, including both bedrooms, the shared bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony, and one designated parking space on the left side of the carport. The outdoor shower is available for rinsing sand. The first-floor studio and its porch are a separate private guest unit and are not included. Confirmed guests receive the gate code, lockbox instructions, navigation details, and other arrival information privately before check-in.
