The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a serene master suite with a plush king bed set away from the street for restful sleep, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to one of three scenic balconies.


LIVING ROOM
The living room is open and inviting, offering comfortable seating, a 43" Smart TV, natural light, and access to balconies that overlook the vibrant streets below—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. For those who don't mind sleeping on a sofa, the cozy sofa can sleep one person.


KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the elegant dining area.


BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious and well-stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.


AIR CONDITIONING
Comfort is ensured with air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and secure self-check-in.


LAUNDRY
On-site laundry is conveniently located just a few steps from your door, with detergent pods provided.


THE YOGA PATIO: We occasionally host Yoga classes in the Zen yoga patio downstairs. Classes are either in the late morning or early evening, ensuring a serene experience without any disruption from the occasional "Om."

PLEASE NOTE
~ The residence is located on the second floor of a 200+ year-old building and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator, which may present challenges for guests with mobility limitations.
~ As the apartment is in the heart of Old San Juan, it offers a vibrant, walkable location—but with that comes some street noise, particularly on weekends or during festivals. Light sleepers may prefer the quiet master bedroom, which is set away from the street.


CHECK IN
Secure self check-in with lock box. Check-in instructions sent three days prior to arrival and the lock box combination is sent at arrival time.

Your stay entitles you to full, private access to the apartment and all its amenities, including the shared coin operated washer and dryer between the hours of 9am to 9pm.

Baggage drop off may be available with prior notice.


A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:
1. This is a home, not a hotel. Please treat the property and your neighbors with respect at all times.
2. Events and parties are strictly prohibited.
3. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. A $500 fee will apply for smoking or bringing animals onto the premises or into the apartment.
4. This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a digital guidebook and house manual via email before your arrival, complete with detailed check-in instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

WATER. POWER & INTERNET
Please note that Old San Juan (and Puerto Rico as a whole) occasionally experiences temporary power, water, and internet outages. These disruptions are usually resolved within a few hours and are simply part of life in the Caribbean. While we cannot control these occurrences, we remain hopeful that the island’s utility providers continue making progress toward a more resilient and reliable infrastructure.
