Comfortable Family home with Luquillo Beach View

Our home boasts the most amazing views of Luquillo, the beaches, and the surrounding Yunque mountains. If you are looking for a comfortable home to feel your most peaceful and relaxed when waking up in the morning, book our home. Our home is family friendly so you wont have to worry if the littles are running around. We have games and dvds on site for any entertainment you may need inside the home but my favorite feature of our home is we are only 7 minutes from Luquillo beach and only about 15 minutes from the port of Fajardo or the beautiful Yunque mountains where you can swim and hike up to many of the waterfalls or rivers! The Kioskos of Luquillo are a short 10 minute drive up the road outside of Hacienda Margarita and the Outlet 66 Mall is about 20 minutes up the road. San Juan, the Airport, and many of your city destinations will only be about 35 to 40 minutes away. Our proximity to all of the adventures you could enjoy in Puerto Rico is truly the best thing about our home, along with coffee in the morning while viewing the ocean from our dinning and living room . It is not luxurious but our large family has loved visiting the Island and hosting our friends on enjoyable trips to Puerto Rico.

Family vacation 2024

We had a great time at this home with our family for summer vacation! It was close enough to the beach and many places to eat! The host was prompt on responding to messages when needed. We loved PR and hope to come back someday!

Desired Experience

Centrally located, near highly sought out experiences (Luquillo Beach, Condado Beach and El Yunque). The highlight for our family was the sense of peace the Luquillo area and house location brings - the getting away from all/; the deck and its great view was top notch. We spotted the several trees with the local iguanas. The second we departed the property we all - six of us, felt it. The house is part of a high end property privately guarded in a pretty private area which is a plus. You get access to the community pool which is another excellent highlight and plus. You will be paying a pretty penny for this property but is worth your investment, specially if you are in a large group, I recommend this property. If booking please eat at "El Hamberguito & Steak House". Thank you Jessica and Husband for your greeting. I wish both Favor & Blessings!

Beautiful location but…

Beautiful location but property was disappointing. Cleanliness was not great, televisions were not working, deck has rotting wood, not well organized, some appliances were rusted. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very understanding. However cleaning lady and property manager never showed up to help fix our concerns. I am sure the owner will make the necessary changes. The property has so much potential!

Wondeful stay in Luquillo!

We had a great time at this hidden gem property. Our group wanted to stay close to Fajardo/Luquillo area . If you are reading this review and already spend hours on finding decent hotel in this area and still no luck then just book this wonderful home right away! Few points based up on which I have given my recommendation. 1. House is in a very safe upscale neighborhood. To enter the house you have to pass through a gated community via security . That definitely made us feel safe. 2. It has amazing mountain and ocean view. 3. It has a big backyard with a deck where you can relax ,have coffee in morning or see stars in night! 4. It is perfect location if you want to explore rain forest, do bio bay tour or take a ferry to go to popular islands.All these things are within 20 minutes drive from this house. 5. It is perfect if you have group of 10-14 people and very well maintained , clean and accessible. We loved our stay at this house and definitely recommend this house!
