The Neighborhood:
Condado is an upscale, oceanfront, tree-lined, pedestrian-oriented San Juan, Puerto Rico community. It is one of the forty neighborhoods of San Juan. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, which are next to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Condado is one of the island's primary tourist destinations.
Getting Around:
Parking in Condado is limited (First-come, first-served), but this unit has a dedicated parking space. Condado is very walkable, and taxicab services, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Check-in is at 4 p.m. local time, and check-out is at 11 a.m. local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please remember that any unauthorized checkout past 11 a.m. will incur an additional cost.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel cribs, air mattresses, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package contains all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find two large bath towels, one beach towel, one washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included two snacks per guest, water, and one paper towel. We’ve also covered you with two toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of your stay. You may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace if you need more amenities.
Please respect the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To comply with all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
