Questo bellissimo appartamento fronte mare offre una vista mozzafiato che vi terrà prossimo anno dopo anno. Godetevi la vostra vacanza in un ambiente rilassante che vi farà rimanere per sempre. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano della Suite 215 del complesso edilizio che si trova a breve distanza a piedi da El Conquistador Resort. È anche situato nella famosa Las Croabas, molto vicino a San Juan e all'aeroporto internazionale Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU), vicino alla spiaggia di Luquillo, alla spiaggia di Seven Seas, alla riserva naturale di Las Cabezas di San Juan e alla foresta pluviale di El Yunque. Puoi anche fare un giro in traghetto o volare verso le altre isole adiacenti come Culebra, dove potrai visitare la spiaggia del Flamenco, la seconda spiaggia più bella del mondo, anche Vieques, St. Thomas, St. Croix, ecc.
Il miglior caffè e brunch in città è il ristorante Cafe Playero situato a pochi passi da Las Croabas. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze dove si possono gustare i grandi sapori del nostro cibo portoricano. Bioluminescent Bay è anche a Las Croabas ed è a pochi passi dal complesso. Vieni a trovarci presto, non vediamo l'ora di averti come nostro ospite !!!

The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to food and a park, though you’ll definitely need a car to get around.The balcony and view were absolutely stunning, easily the highlight of the stay.There were a few inconveniences. The key situation was a bit frustrating, as you need separate keys for the door, elevator, and pool, and only one set is provided, which can be tough when staying with a group. The sliding glass doors were also very difficult to open and close, and the TV screen was blurry and not in great condition.Overall, a nice place with a beautiful view, just a few things that could be improved.Host was responsive to messages concerning the check in process.

Not equipped for a family. No extra bedding, only had 4 towels for the week stay, no hand towels. Had to buy a pot, since all that was provided was scratched Teflon cookware. The view was great though!

The condo was decent. It was clean and beds were comfy. We could have used more towels and blankets and pillows. Beach towels for the pool would have been nice. Beautiful view of water but no access. Walking distance to restaurants. You have to use a key to access elevator, pool and front door of condo so having a second one would have been nice. Definitely very good for the price we paid.

The Host was very pleasant, the view is to kill for beautiful. We arrived just in time to enjoy the 3 kings day festival. Our stay was pleasant, only thing the appliances in kitchen need to be upgraded, other wise our stay was pleasant.

Efficiency apartment with beautiful view

The place was small, two beds, two couches, kitchenette and bathroom. It was minimally stocked. The porch overlooking the ocean was lovely, and where we ate our meals and had morning coffee. We were within walking distance to the kayak park, which offered a number of vendors for the Laguna Bay bioluminescence tours. We rented a car for easy access to Yunque National Forest, a marina that offered snorkeling day trips, the beach, Luquillo, and the ferry at Ceiba. Since we spent little time in the condo it was fine for us. We used the pool a couple of times. There is a washer and dryer available on site. The security guards in the parking area were very kind and helpful.

Overall good experienced!! Need a little experienced. The appliances and furniture need some updated...need some appliances as well. Some insects as well in cabinets. Need some fragance and good scents! But location and view are precious!! Security very good!

The property is saved, all around are beautiful and clean, but the only didn’t like the apartment needs some details in the cleaning, the kitchen have food the some one else, need paper towels, the mirrors need attention, and the shower to, some bed need new mattress, the curtain, some detail.

Not as expected

To sum it up simply, the only plus was the view, period! Room is dark. The comforters and pillow cases were wrinkled. Comforter was stained and needed washing. We had to purchase bed sheets to place over existing. Kitchen light defective. Inadequate amount of towels. Only two available. No soap to bathe. Bathroom ceiling had dark moldy steins. The host gave very good directions as to where to find keys and parking pass. He communicated well. No issues there. For the amount of money we paid, clean sheets and a clean comforter should had been available to us. Comforter had dropped stains which did not make us feel at ease.

Loved staying here. We got to meet the owner and she was super nice. Such a cool area right next to the bio bay and water taxies that take you to the other island which is beautiful. Also right next to the ocean and you can here the waves from your room. All and all we loved it!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Felt like 1960’s!

Even though our stay was ok the beds are extremely outdated and seemed to be overused which made our sleep terrible. The permanent resident of the property do not make you feel welcome at all. Is unfortunate because it has a beautiful view and the sounds of the constant waves hitting the rocks are amazing. Without a doubt neeeds upgrading.

Overall it was a good stay!

The property needed additional bath towels only two were available for a family of four. Extra sheets and pillows would have been great. Kitchen towels would have been nice as well as a dish rack to let dry dishes. Some beach chairs would have been useful. Proximity to beach and restaurants was a bonus. The pool was not so great since there was no shade. The laundry room only had two washers and dryers for the entire building. The view was spectacular! Overall we had a good time.

The place was amazing! Only steps from the Marina. Completely secured with 24 hour security guards who were very friendly. Communication between the host was excellent. All the questions that I had were answered in minutes. Laundry facilities were right on the property which made traveling home nice with nothing being dirty when we came back. My only suggestion would be washcloths as we had to go and purchase some which wasn't a big deal. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely come back here again for vacation!

The property is in a good location with in walkable distance to restaurants and water activities. The checking was easy with clear communications from the host . The negatives about this property is its a construction site. There is construction workers next to the property and under the property. You hear them drilling right under you . They start working before the sun is out and that’s what you wake up to . We didn’t have hot water today so I guess no shower for us and the door doesn’t have a handle from the inside so if I was asleep my husband had to clocked me in from the outside or the door would stay open .

Lack of Communication

Upon arriving to our reservation, there was no information provided on how to check-in. We ended up needing to drive to a local restaurant and pick up the keys, adding more time to our journey to the property. We were told ahead of time there were no towels, but there was also a lack of dishes for use. So, we had to go to a gas station and buy utensils, plates, and cups. The location was nice, but the stay was stained by the check-in process and the lack of items.

We were very disappointed in how poorly the place was prepared to stay !! We had to find the place where keys were handed to us without any communication about the checkout exact time! On checkout day, seeing what the website said that checkout time was at 3pm, he called at noon saying that we needed to leave in an hour otherwise he would charge more money!!! We left the room with no mess or garbage!!! It was all neat !!! The owner demanded extra money for cleaning ladies as a penalty for staying only an hour and a half extra!!!! He was rude!! Not professional and I would never repeat this bad experience! He treated us as if we were tenants that were six months behind in paying the rent. Not like travelers who payed a lot upfront !!!! This man is a thief!! Do not deal with him!! My experience in other places in Puerto Rico was a great experience!! The person above should not be allowed to advertise on vrbo in my opinion!!!
