The Space
Discover our charming boutique walk-up building nestled in a unique residential beach neighborhood. Experience the convenience of one suite on the ground floor and three on the 2nd floor, allowing you to choose the perfect accommodation for your needs. Immerse yourself in the captivating Japandi-style interiors, blending Japanese and Scandinavian design elements, creating a harmonious and stylish ambiance. Located just minutes away from the best beach in San Juan, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Explore the vibrant and diverse culture along Loiza Street, home to an array of distinctive restaurants, eateries, and bars, catering to all tastes and preferences. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and the ability to accommodate up to eight guests, our listing offers ample space and comfort. Each of our studios has been recently remodeled, featuring luxurious King-sized beds, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. Experience the perfect blend of style, convenience, and relaxation in our meticulously designed and spacious retreat.

As our valued guest, you will have full access to the entire property during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-up building with easy access to all the suites. Experience the comfort and privacy of our recently remodeled studios, each equipped with a lavish King-sized bed.

Street parking is readily available in front of the building.

-All communication must be on the VRBO message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.

-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or VRBO message thread for the answer to your question.

-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.

-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.

-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.

-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at any time.

-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests, you may be missing some of these for your stay.

-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.

More than expected

This rental was awesome, it was definitely more than I expected. Two patio seating areas, each unit was spacious and very clean. Tip for people in groups take unit 4 lol it was absolutely the best unit! Jose was always available for me and my family! Next time I’m in Puerto Rico his properties will be what I want to book!
