Meaning “place of tranquility and rest” in the Taíno language, Casa Coyaba is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax by the private pool, enjoy ocean
views, and unwind surrounded by nature. Spend your days at nearby beaches or exploring the trails of El Yunque National Forest – a quiet, cozy retreat that lets you enjoy both the mountains and the sea.

The space
Casa Coyaba is a peaceful countryside home with ocean views, nestled in the foothills of El Yunque Rainforest. This 4-bedroom home offers a welcoming indoor space and a large pool with
BBQ and seating to enjoy the Caribbean sun. Relax surrounded by nature while staying close to restaurants, adventures, the rainforest, and pristine beaches—perfect for a serene escape with easy access to everything Puerto Rico has to offer.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the property, including the pool, outdoor areas, and parking.
The home is exclusively yours during your stay! Please note that the roof and side parking area, where the owner’s car is kept, are off-limits. A code for the main gate and house door (smartlock) will be provided in advance for your convenience.”

Other Things to Note

 Casa Coyaba is located in a tropical environment near the rainforest. You may occasionally see insects, small lizards, or hear coquí frogs – this is normal. Professional pest control is performed regularly.

 Leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool due to surrounding vegetation.
The pool is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival, and a pool leaf skimmer/net is also provided for your use.
 Across the street is a small, well-managed community center for adults with special needs. Residents are friendly, safe, and unobtrusive, adding to the neighborhood’s warm, welcoming feel.
 Casa Coyaba is nestled in the mountains of a quiet neighborhood in Bo. Zarzal, Río Grande, PR. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
 The property and pool are for registered guests only. No parties are allowed.
 Generator and water cistern provide backup utilities.
 For safety, exterior security cameras are installed outdoors only; there are no cameras inside the home.
