Welcome to Casa Luna Loft, a thoughtfully designed apartment located in the heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, one of the oldest and most historic cities in the Americas.

Please note that buildings in Old San Juan are often over 200 years old. As part of this historic charm, you may notice exposed beams, aged walls, uneven surfaces, or architectural details that reflect the city’s rich history. This is the true character of Old San Juan and part of what makes staying here so special. If you are looking for a brand-new, modern 5-star hotel experience, this may not be the right fit. If you appreciate authenticity, culture, and history, you will feel right at home.

The apartment features one private bedroom with a queen bed, as well as an additional queen bed located in an open loft area accessed by stairs. The loft does not have a door and is open to the main bedroom, making the space best suited for families, couples, or close friends.

Parties, loud gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the property and a $3,000 penalty as stated in the listing.

Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping) is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is found.

• No Unapproved Guests – $500 Fine
Only the guests included in the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property.
Unregistered visitors or overnight guests will result in a $500 violation fee.

• Quiet Hours After 10 PM
Please respect the building and neighbors.
No loud music, loud conversations, or noise on the balcony, hallways, or inside the unit after 10:00 PM.
