Questo appartamento fa da sfondo alla natura e al romanticismo! E 'circondato da viste sull'oceano e brezza caraibica. Non è raro sentire un gallo all'alba e alla coquignità (piccole rane native) al tramonto! L'appartamento 2/1 è spazioso e molto accogliente!

What an amazing host in Kimberly the manager. Very helpful, punctual, informative and available at a moments notice. She is a treasure. The condo has one of the best views you will find of the ocean and several islands. Whether on the back porch or inside at the dining table, your view is breathtaking. Pelicans soar back and forth 50 yards from your windows. It is 4 minutes from a Pueblo grocery store, 3 minutes from fabulous restaurants, 10 minutes from one of the prettiest public beaches around. 20 minutes to El Yunque rain forest and a nice 50-60 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and pure Puerto Rico and that is what we wanted. Very clean and the beds were quite comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and 2 baths were spotless and accommodating. For those who like one, there is a hammock for use on the back porch overlooking the ocean for those who want to listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze. All you need to do is hook it on the hooks that are already available on the porch posts. WE WILL BE BACK, there is no doubt!!!!

Great value and location! The view from the balcony and windows was absolutely stunning. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and the hammock was such a nice touch. Would recommend to any friends or family looking to stay in the area.

After reading through all the reviews, I am shocked no one mentioned what I experienced. Overall, it was an ok stay. The view was beautiful, the parking easy, the manager responsive, and the a/c worked. But thats about it. The water pressure was horrible and there was no hot water at all. When I inquired about it I was told the water pressure is too low so there will be no hot water. There are actually two bathrooms not one, and the second (much nicer) bathroom never worked because the water would not turn on. Other issues were all small inconveniences but there were quite a handful that ultimately left more to be desired. Things that would’ve helped include citronella candles for the balcony. The view is beautiful but the mosquitos are insane. There were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere. The second bedroom does not actually have an enclosed 4th wall (its an open sort of lattice) so at night it can be rather noisy with the trees hitting the windows when its really windy. Last bit that was a little odd for a rental was the only picture in one room was of a naked woman. Not a huge deal but not my fav with my young kids. Again, overall small inconveniences but the water was a big one.

Kimberly was very welcoming and made sure we knew where to go when we arrived. Great communication before we arrived. The place is beautiful and relaxing! It was clean and unique. We loved laying in the hammock on the porch it was so relaxing. I plan to go back and stsy for a longer time. There is plenty to do and olenty of restaurants around. Staying here just made me want to come back.

House is great! Owner and house keeper were lovely and very good with communication. Views were spectacular. Great spot for a base camp. Couple things didn't fully work 100% (couple burners were hard to light and the oven needed cleaning before it could be used- we chose not to use it). Not very walkable to much and not on the water - definitely need a vehicle.

great location for excursions

We ended up with a larger suite than we booked as renovations were happening in the suite booked. Overall the property had everything we need. The property manager was very available and helpful. Ocean view is accurate - stunning views from the veranda! While Oceanfront is technically accurate - there is no access to the shore/water from this property. Location rating - you absolutely need a car to stay here, there are no coffee shops/restaurants walking distance, and public access to the ocean/beach is about a 10-15 minute drive. This property is also in a strictly residential area, so the public marina is also about a 10-15 minute drive. It is a good location for accessing other sights in PR - many different things to see/do within and hour's drive from Fajardo

East Coast Getaway

If you're looking for a place with spectacular views this is it. Numerous large windows to let in the ocean breezes. A large kitchen/dining area that opens to a large, beautiful patio. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Kimberly, our contact, was very responsive and friendly. Watching the sunrise from the deck was spectacular. Bring your binoculars and camera.
