Please note, the building has no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. and there is no designated parking available. Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times.Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, a cozy living room, and a stylish modern kitchen, offering the perfect environment to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The building is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern, but occasional power and water outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company's service.
