Relax in the bright, open living area featuring plush sofas, a smart HD TV, and tasteful coastal decor. Natural light streams in through large windows, creating a welcoming space for unwinding or spending quality time with loved ones.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the adjacent dining area, a cozy spot for gathering with family or friends. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are included to start your day right.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed, soft linens, and serene coastal decor.
- Bedroom 2: A second comfortable queen bed with blackout shades and ample storage.

Bathroom:
The bathroom offers a rainfall shower, fresh towels, and a starter pack with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.

Additional Amenities:
Private parking, fast WiFi, beach towels, and a private entrance ensure a hassle-free stay. A laundromat is conveniently located nearby for extended stays.

Whether you're relaxing inside or taking advantage of the nearby beach, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We provide parking for one vehicle within the apartment.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that nearby construction may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. To help you rest comfortably, we will provide a white noise machine and earplugs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.
