Questo spettacolare apt. è stato completamente ristrutturato, ha due camere da letto e due bagni completi.
All'interno dell'ESJ MARE recentemente ristrutturato (ex ESJ AZUL).
Non è stato perso un singolo dettaglio, la cucina completa ha tutto il necessario e altro, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie.
I letti vantano un materasso memory foam e un lux super soft. biancheria, ti verrà addebitato di stare in una rivista apt.!
La nostra piscina è stata completamente ristrutturata dopo Maria, con un nuovo bar e servizio di cibo e bevande a bordo piscina, condividiamo i servizi dell'hotel!
È possibile raggiungere a piedi assolutamente tutto, Isla Verde ha la spiaggia migliore a San Juan, ottimi ristoranti e negozio di alimentari, farmacia ecc. Sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.
Abbiamo una bella vista parziale sull'oceano e ci troviamo di fronte allo splendido terrazzo della piscina sul tetto VERDE MARE di recente costruzione, che è illuminato di notte, vista diretta, stupendo!
Includiamo anche il parcheggio gratuito.

Great apartment and great host. The apartment had a small leak due to maintenance in the building and the host was extremely quick to respond and help us fix the issue. It was solved within 10 mins! Great location and easy beach access. Would definitely come back here.

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. There were beach, chairs, cooler, and beach towels for us to use. The balcony was very nice and had a good view. The bedding was very comfortable. The washer and dryer and kitchen was very handy. The property is easily accessible to the beach, which was very clean and nice. There is jet ski skiing, parasailing, and banana boats available to rent great location and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was beautifully decorated as in the photos, well maintained, and comfortable for the most part. The pool shown in the photos is closed!!! Other guests said the pool was closed for repairs. The view from the apartment balcony was nice and mostly of the airport, the mountains, and people enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub on the roof top of the hotel across the street facing our apartment, which WE COULD NOT USE!!! I contacted the apartment owner and asked how to turn off the AC fan. The owner wrote us back and said “I’ll call my AC guy. The fan could only be turned off by a serviceman who never came. The fan on the AC unit blew nonstop for the 6 days we were there. The fan was annoying as it blew in my face while trying to sleep in the bedroom. We were told we were the first ones to complain about it and no further action was taken. The owner said the continuous fan was used for “humidity control”. It’s not working! Consider Investing in a dehumidifier. We had no water the last two days except for two hours, three times a day. Not the owners fault but just fyi. We enjoyed San Juan and its wonderful people despite the short comings of the accommodations.

Awesome stay!

Gia was quick to answer any questions we had even before we arrived in Puerto Rico. The apartment was beautiful and clean as described. There are numerous beautiful breakable decorations which were not appropriate to keep near our curious one year old. We simply transferred them to the dining room table when we arrived and avoided disaster. Lol. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need and there’s even a washer and dryer. The apartment’s temperature was kept nice and cool and the rooms’ ceiling fans also helped keep everything comfortable. The beach is directly accessible from the building We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The room was in a great location. Beach was great and it had parasailing, jet skis and banana boat. Not from the airport and San Juan. It had two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Loved that it had waver and dryer.

Family visit

We traveled to PR to celebrate niece graduation from high school. Check in process was easy. Conveniently located to beach and stores. The apartment had necessary things to cook. It was nice that their were some beach chairs for us to use as well. I would use this location in future.

Renting from Gia was very good, she was very, professional, sent all information in a timely manner & made great recommendations. The condo was as advertised, clean, comfortable, cozy, great location (you literally step out of the building and onto the beach)!! Beautiful Property! Excellent Communication! Great Location!

The condo is impressive, super clean, spacious with beautiful views both inside and out located right on the beach! The building is also clean and we felt safe and secure! The beach is one of the nicer beaches, close to restaurants, bars, super market, fast food, pharmacy…. The owner is very attentive to details and amenities she provides to make the stay easy and stress free! Most importantly the owner responds to any and all questions or needs no matter how big or small very quickly. This was our first time going through VRBO and the owner made the process very comfortable and easy, answered all of our questions, provided many suggestions on things to do. Went above and beyond to give us specific names and phone numbers for local restaurants, tours and food trucks. My family and I are looking forward to coming back!!! Thank you Gia from the bottom of my heart for helping us make wonderful memories and sharing your beautiful home!!!

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for us. Convenient to the airport, old San Juan and El Yunque rain forest. We loved the beach and the pool, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The owner was very receptive to our questions.

Not Bad, but…

The apartment inside looked exactly like the pictures. The rooms were very nice. The host was very responsive. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm. I think the property manager should invest in lighting around the pool area to keep it open later.

Super clean 2 bed 2 bath

This is a true 2 bathroom, which is awesome!! The property is super clean, steps to a nice warm beach, and the pool is excellent with cabanas and all! Right next to the fairmont San Juan and super close to the airport. Owner is an excellent communicator, kitchen fully stocked with everything u need and there is even shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the bathrooms!
