• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the community.

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property and on the rooftop terrace.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.

• Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment.

• Do not move furniture between rooms or onto the rooftop terrace.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the rooftop terrace.

• Please keep the property clean and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.

• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of community rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior arrangements have been approved.

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

• The property does not have a backup generator or water cistern. In the event of island-wide utility interruptions, restoration times are determined by local service providers.
