Kitchen is fully equipped with all dishware, cooking ware, utensils, glassware and wine glasses. Please note although the condo has only a stovetop only, there is a separate toaster oven stored in the kitchen cabinets, along with a toaster and a blender.
Living room has 55" HDTV with streaming services. Board games like Deluxe Scrabble, Sorry, Tic-Tac-Toe, and Dominos for your enjoyment. Beach chairs tucked away in closet in the balcony.
Bedrooms have beds (2 twins in guest bedroom and 1 queen and 1 convertible sofa full bed in the master room), mattresses, pillows, linens, quilts. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan, white noise machine, hangers, nightstand.
Our 2 modern bathrooms come with a bar of soap, shampoo, and hair dryer. Added amenities include an iron and full-size ironing board, a white noise speaker with varying soft sounds for your deep and sound sleep.
Forgot to pack any toiletries or essentials? DO NOT WORRY - there is a 24-hours Walgreens LITERALLY ACROSS the street.For those staying for an extended time, there is a laundromat on the lobby level and change is available through the administrative office Monday-Friday.
The balcony overlooks the scenic famous Isla Verde strip and city of San Juan skyscrapers, as well as the gorgeous El Yunque rainforest mountains in the backdrop. We also own the best underground parking spot right in front of the building elevators so you'll be in and out of the building in no time.

We have a beautifully remodeled large pristine swimming pool with separation of shallow and deep areas with small fountains in the pool, and modern / clean bathrooms and outdoor shower. A huge array of outdoor circuit workout equipment, picnic huts and grilling tables, a basketball court, and a fully-equipped playground also are on the building's exclusive grounds. Then you'll have your own private, secured access in/out of the most famous beach in San Juan --- known for its talcum-powder sand, extra-clean grounds, extremely high security measures from nonstop monitoring by local authorities, and the softest, most gentle waves that lull you immediately into a dream state. And rounding it off, our building is in a gated area, protected by bilingual building security doormen 24 hours, 7 days a week and monitored by video surveillance in every public area.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire beach condo and private balcony are yours to enjoy in its entirety. The place is especially set up for your private enjoyment with all the thoughtful touches such as beach towels, beach chairs, balcony table with chairs overlooking the Rainforest mountains on one side and the heart of the strip and financial district on the other side. We own the most convenient parking spot located right in front of the elevator bank of the East Tower so you are assured 24x7 security, safety and easy in/out access.
You will run out of time trying to enjoy the many MANY amenities the building has to offer, as well as countless bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping, and cafes along the Isla Verde strip.
We welcome guests coming to Puerto Rico for all reasons - family vacations, winter getaway, special celebrations, business trip, long-term stays, and cruise-related travel.

This beach condo was remodeled last year to bring you the latest stunning design with 2 FULL bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms and an open-layout concept with living room/dining/kitchen! Brand new bright/high-efficiency windows and sliding doors give you the best panoramic views in town! Living room has HDTV with streaming service capabilities and digital antenna.
As mentioned previously, our building is located in the PRIME center of the famous BUSY Isla Verde Strip with casinos, hotels, bars, clubs, restaurants, and all kinds of nightlife. We are located in a high rise across the street and adjacent to many of these establishments and although the condo has new Airmaster windows installed (2023) and although each bedroom has a dedicated white noise machine and fans/central AC, there is a potential for noise especially on weekend nights / holidays. On the other side of our building is the most pristine beach in San Juan for plenty of R&R. Almost all of our guests book our condo because they want to be in the middle of everything and lively action and in our famous building complex -- one of the most known in Isla Verde. But please note that if you are very sensitive to noise, our building complex may not be the right choice for you.
We are located on a very high floor of a high rise building and there is a bank of elevators. Our balcony sliding doors and windows have do not have rail or window guards on the outside per strict Condo Building Regulations. However all glass is fortified to help protect against hurricanes.
