Located in a MODEST fisherman community area of Puerto Rico, Loiza. Fisherman's and tradition Town. Local neighboor.

No party, no events ,no more people than 16 meaning not people visiting. 16 max. We want to keep house not crowded.

Breathtaking ocean views, this stunning infinity pool house offers a luxurious getaway just infront of sea. Designed for relaxation and entertainment, it combines modern amenities with a touch of whimsy to create the perfect escape for families and groups.

-The shore length (beach sandy area) is affected by the sea conditions, sea level and tides and vary from season to season. We can not control it. Again not in our control. We won't give credit in case sea conditions are not favorable to swim or get into the beach.

- **Living Room**: Gather in the expansive living area featuring a spectacular 90-inch TV, ideal for movie nights or watching sports events.

- **Dining & Kitchen**: The open-plan kitchen and dining area can comfortably seat 15 guests, making it easy to host large meals.

35 min From San Juan airport.

- **Parking & Transport**: With four free parking spaces, guests are encouraged to rent mini vans to explore the local area and nearby attractions. You need a car rental, I repeat, you need a car rental.

- **Quiet Enjoyment**: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted, and guests are asked to keep noise levels down after 10 PM.

The house was all we thought it would be. We brought the whole family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary (5 grandkids and 6 adults). There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool, the slide, the ball pit, the games were all utilized by the grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the rainforest national park, San Juan, and the bioillumination. It was a memorable trip.

Beautiful home on the ocean with so much to do!!Our group of 7 had plenty of things to keep us entertained. The rooms are comfortable. The AC works well. We played volleyball, swam in the gorgeous pool, walked to the ocean just in front of the home, played pool and ping pong, watched movies on the large TV, and enjoyed everything the this home offered.Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are cool, and each room is equipped with phone charging stations and a TV. Four of the bedrooms are in the lower level, and no noise can be heard from the other levels. This made it nice if some wanted to take a nap or go to bed while others were still up and playing. The upstairs room has a beautiful view and is separated from the rooms on the lower floors.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook throughout the week.Thomas, the handyman, was so kind and helpful. Large rocks were pushed up onto the road, and he was quick to clean it up. The host communicate very well.

Great home with ample space for my family. We love the design of the house and the layout of the rooms with each having their own bathroom. There was enough beach towels for the pool and beach. The property is ocean front, but not really beach front though we didn’t mind that much. We visited the near by beach. It was a little tricky for Uber to find the house with the streets in the neighborhood but we got the hang of it after a couple rides. Overall fantastic home and stay!

Beautiful Property

We had an awesome stay. The property and amenities were awesome. We did have a few mi or issues, but those items were resolved very quickly thanks to the property manager who is a phone call/text away. In true Puerto Rican fashion, we were welcomed with a smile. The neighborhood is a bit older, so I recommend getting there while the sun is out to help navigate the streets. Follow the GPS, it will get you to right spot. We stayed there 5 days, and the neighborhood was quiet the entire time. Waking up to an ocean view is awesome! You need a rental car to get around. And, there is one room that has solid wooden stairs, not plywood. It's completely safe. Also, the house is solid concrete with air conditioning in every room. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for a large group. Every room had their own bathroom which is ideal for traveling with a large group. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The host was very helpful and responsive. The entire island was out of power during our stay but it’s isn’t affect us at all because the house was on a generator! We would definitely choose this again when we come back!

HIGHLY recommend! Excellent home!

Absolutely everything about this home rental was perfect- the communication from the host, the view, the amenities, the luxury, and the super unique space made this trip incredible. The home is VERY modern and new, the host continuously went the extra mile for us, every room has temperature control, the kitchen and common area is gorgeous and spacious, the slide is amazing, and the outdoor area makes you feel like you're in a 5 star resort. We had an incredible time and everyone was so happy with everything down to the smallest detail! My only strong recommendation- RENT A CAR. You will 100% need a rental car if you are planning to leave the house- Uber does come there but you're better off with a car for sure! Do not hesitate to book this house- it was AMAZING and I plan on returning again in the (hopefully) near future! 5 stars! Gracias por todo!
