Un appartamento monolocale recentemente ristrutturato e ben arredato, situato nel quartiere Isla Verde di San Juan. Questo condominio è circondato dalle 2 spiagge più belle di Isla Verde, il Ritz Carlton Beach si trova di fronte al nostro condominio (vedi foto dal nostro balcone) e l'Hotel San Juan Beach si trova di fronte al nostro condominio Oceanfront. Questo appartamento ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, ed è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata, letto matrimoniale Murphy, aria condizionata, balcone privato, TV via cavo, Internet ad alta velocità, 32 pollici TV al plasma, DVD, lavanderia a gettoni, 1 posto auto e 24 -ora accesso diretto alla spiaggia Il proprietario è orgoglioso di questo studio delizioso e accogliente. Goditi il ​​clima perfetto tutto l'anno. Il trasporto (autobus) è facilmente raggiungibile a pochi passi dal condominio. La spiaggia di El San Juan si trova a un minuto dall'appartamento. L'altra spiaggia del Ritz Carlton è esattamente dove si trova l'appartamento. Splendido studio con vista sull'oceano per coppie.


Old San Juan: fai un tour a piedi senza guida: la parte superiore delle attrazioni della vecchia San Juan può essere facilmente visitata a piedi per la maggior parte. Dal momento che la Vecchia San Juan è considerata l'area all'interno del vecchio forte o delle mura del castello e solo 7 blocchi quadrati, si può vedere molto in un giorno a piedi se si è così inclini. Questa zona vi delizierà con la sua architettura, chiese, negozi, ristoranti e musei spagnoli, per non parlare di edifici storicamente significativi e altre caratteristiche. Calle Fortaleza è una strada favorita da molti turisti per i suoi ristoranti, alberghi e negozi.

Dal momento che la città vecchia è delimitata dalla baia di San Juan, una passeggiata lungo il litorale può essere un modo piacevole per iniziare o terminare le vostre escursioni a piedi o godere di una pausa mentre ammirate le magnifiche viste che ha da offrire. I blocchi più pittoreschi a mio avviso sono delimitati da Calle Luna e Calle San Sebastián Sud / Nord e Calle Tanca, Calle del Cristo Est / Ovest, ma, ovunque tu sia atterrato, Old San Juan è così compatto che non hai bisogno di mappa e, se ti piace camminare ...

Nice accommodations.

The studio was exactly as described. Worked well for a couple. The beach is just steps down the road. Always had a parking spot. A little off the beaten path but maybe quieter than the main areas.

Amazing location, host, and all I needed

Excellent communication and helpfulness even with a late check-in time. Apartment very clean and tidy. Apartments beautifully set up, furnishings and equipment starting to get tired. So close to the beach. There are many handy shops and eating places within 10 min walking distance. A wonderful stay, thank you so much

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

The reviews did this property, and the hosts, justice. The pictures were exactly what we found when we got to the apartment. I texted the host, and he responded in less than a minute. The hosts were welcoming, and easily reached during our stay. The views! We literally walked down the steps of the building, and the ocean was right there! We will be back!!!

Great Little Place For A Couple

This was a nice little place for a couple. You can sit out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great. Nilsa was very responsive to any issues we had and was very kind. She provides beach gear so you don’t have to worry about brining your own. The beach is just a short elevator ride down and only about a 100 yards away. Very convenient! The neighborhood felt very safe. There is parking, but it is first come first serve, we personally never had a problem getting a parking space, but it does appear to fill up later at night. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to stay in Puerto Rico for a romantic time.

Fantastic Location!!

I was traveling alone and it felt safe and was very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic!! I loved the ocean view, having the sound of the ocean inside the unit, and the 2 beautiful beaches on either side. Would stay there again!

Property was conveniently located near the beach and close to supermarkets and CVS. Property was overall OK. Had several issues with the apartment complex in itself, power outage twice for over 3 hours and no A/C. The closet sliding door kept derailing when you tried to slide it open. The pics dont actually justify the actual apartmente when you arrive. The place is small, however one thing we really liked is that it had three small coolers, had chairs and umbrellas and two microfiber towels and two sets of snorkeling equipment. The place is ideal for a couple on a budget.

20 year anniversary

Walked in to balloons and wine!!! Both host are AMAZING!! View from room although from a side angle was BREATHTAKING!! Room very clean, everything from beach towels, cooler, beach chairs are there to make your stay a little extra special. I would definitely book again.

The unit was clean and tastefully organized. Although small, it was adequate for my wife and I. However, I'd only recommend it for short stays. The unit isn't really setup for cooking. There is no oven, and only has two burners. The big problem however is parking. Although listed with a parking space- this is not the case. Afterword I was informed that the parking was "first come first serve". This is disingenuous. The owner needs to be upfront and forthcoming with renters.

Close to the beach, all I needed for an emergency stay. The manager was available, helpful.

Easy to book- I had an emergency need to come to the island, and the process could not have been smoother. The property is clean, by the beach and minutes from the airport. There I was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, but not in the room! Happy to find this spot

Great Condo, great location

Really loved the space, super clean and great view. The only glitch was when the island went into black out on Wed 4/6 There was no communication from the owner at all to check up on us. We had no lights, AC, functional fridge or use of the kitchen. I reached out to her and she said yes, it's all over the news, it's a black out and that was it. In the meantime we had to go and buy ice for our food in the fridge and some candles. She finally asked us if we needed anything two days into the outage on Friday 4/8 and so ice and lanterns were finally delivered two days after having no power. The power came back on the morning hours of Saturday. But then went back on that same day, so I was still grateful at least attempt was made to make us more comfortable, but it was pretty late in the game. It was a bummer not to be able to make coffee or food during the outage, or have a warm shower, but we were able to reap the benefits of the condo and its amenities for at least a few days of our stay. I totally understand black outs are nothing within the owners control, but more prompt attention would have been appreciated .

Wonderful Month on the Beach!

I had a great time here for the month. it is small, but was everything I needed just for me. The a/c worked well, it is very clean, tastefully decorated and all necessary amenities are available. Most importantly, it is just steps from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, the pharmacy and grocery store. The beach stretch in both directions is so long, you can walk for miles which I loved. Nilsa and Manny were very responsive whenever I reached out. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well. My only suggestion for them is to keep some basic food condiments available to guests such as salt, pepper and olive oil, etc. assuming that some guests would be cooking (especially those that are staying long-term). I had no electricity one day and no water one evening, but this could happen anywhere. I would definitely stay again, thank you for maintaining a great unit to rent.

Paradise!

Location, location, location! The view from this quaint studio apartment is perfection. It's private and secure, and is within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants so it leaves you desiring nothing. A perfect vacation spot for two. Nilsa and Manny were great and the communication was perfect. We had complimentary waters, wine and beer, as well as beach chairs, towels and a cooler we could take to the beach. I'm a local and highly recommend this location! All the stars!
