Excellent
Nice little home. We had no issues with our stay. Was within 5-10min drive of beaches and other attractions.

Hidden Gem of Santurce
From the outside just looks like the average house, but once you enter a very nice spacious house. I was very comfortable and very surprised. Thank you

Good house, not-so-great neighborhood
The unit was clean and nicely decorated, stocked with everything could need in the kitchen Photos showed a carport but we were told to park on the street, which was not always available in front of the unit, but we were able to park close by. The neighborhood felt a bit un-safe, there were some sketchy characters walking around. I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone. We felt safe once behind the locked gate, but driving the area at night was concerning (GPS wasn't helpful with the one-way, narrow, dark roads). Our biggest frustration was getting in and out of the neighborhood.

Excellent BUT…
Location was confusing, it did send me to Hato Rey instead of Santurce, please correct that error. The apartment is in EXCELLENT SHAPE BUT the water heater keeps changing from hot to cold in an instant making it IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy a shower.
